An assistant called Paisley made the collection a good one with her friendly helpfulness. Other staff sorting the purchase arrangements were helpful too and kept us informed of the arrangements.

Michelle at the Blackpole branch spent time with us to go through our requirements and delivered brilliantly on what we needed. She gave us possible delivery dates and these were as expected. The men who delivered to us arrived only 10mins later than expected. Well done everyone

Went there this morning for several things. Pam and Ellie went above and beyond to help us with everything. Absolutely fantastic customer service! Thank you both so much for all your help. We are thrilled with the Rowly garden furniture it's perfect and a brilliant price. All round big shout out to all the staff at Homebase Blackpole. You're awesome!

We had looked at the website and saw that you accepted old lawnmowers when buying a new one. We took the old one to Worcester Blackpole with the expectation of buying a new one. The one we were going to buy was about £30 cheaper on the website. We were told in store we had to go back to the car park and buy click and collect as their systems didn’t do the discount. Then told they don’t recycle or accept old mowers. Quite a few people had enquired about it but they didn’t know anything about it! Either the staff need educating or the website needs updating.

Preordered an item for instore collection, said 4 in stock, ready in one hour. I live 45 minutes away from store . I made my way to collect, silly me . Just as hour was up got a call to say none in stock. I would be refunded.
So I got home delivery when I got home , although why they didn’t offer on the phone , instead of a refund?
First delivery was on time brilliant , except items left out in the rain all day , despite having a safe undercover nominated safe area.lucky just the box on the rechargeable hedge trimmer was soaked and the electric charger pack inside was dry .
Unfortunately I also bought a lifetime table , packed only in shrink wrap. Broken in two places .
The table is described as unchippable etc a life time table .
A positive note , the online return service was very helpful.
A new table was arranged to arrive and the old one taken away, same day. Unfortunately this was the day Microsoft threw a spanner in . No tracking or 2 hour slot. But 9am till 9 pm and someone has to sign for collection. So I had to arrange for someone to be home , whilst I went to work. Much later in the day after I returned home , the collection and delivery took place , without a knock on the door . So I did not need to sign , or inconvenience my friend .
Then I unpacked the table , two big slits off a pallet knife , on top of table , and scuffs all down the one side. All due to not be properly protected and just shrink wrap . I need the table for the weekend, so unfortunately I am stuck with it .

As always very busy Sunday and only 2 on Tills..

I am not the best at DIY and I had no idea what equipment I needed to get the living room and hallway updated. I walked in to Homebase and and met the most genuinely helpful young lady I’ve had the pleasure of meeting who helped me find everything I needed. All I can say is Ellie is a credit to your company, exactly the kind of person a novice like myself needed!

I was served by Ellie. Really happy and smiley, and had a lovely chat while I was waiting.

Easy online purchase at a good price. Just what was needed

We have just bought a new kitchen and flooring from Homebase and I would like to thank Katie Griffiths, one of the kitchen designers, for helping us to choose a design and for finding us the best deal within our budget. We feel confident in our choice and at no time did we feel pressurised into buying. It was a pleasure to work with Katie and be guided by her excellent advice and design skills.

The order was ready. It took less than 2 minutes to complete the transaction and the staff member was friendly and efficient.

I arranged to meet with Katie Griffiths to select a new bathroom suite and tiles, flooring etc. Katie was excellent and really helpful. She showed me various styles and colours enabling me to make my selection which I'm really happy with. She also went the extra mile to arrange out of stock items to be collected from other stores so I didn't have to settle for other options. I'll definitely be keeping HB and Katie in mind when redecorating the next rooms. Thanks 😊
