I would like to say a big thank you to Pam & Ellie for helping me out in store today. Not being able to find what I wanted they both went out of there way to find the products I needed.

Visited the store and couldn’t find what I needed. I was helped by one of the team Hayden who found everything that I needed.. fantastic customer service from the Worcester store.

Such nice ladies I dealt with today at the customer counter! I queried an on-line price against something in store. Identical product but different code, and with no hesitation they reduced the price and passed on the savings. It’s also nice and refreshing to receive customer service with ‘genuine’ smiles. Thank you!

I was struggling to find what I needed. I asked a member of staff for help and Paisley went above and beyond. She showed me what I was looking for , offered helpful advice and even gave alternative ideas which ended up being really useful . Thank you for such a positive experience.
So many people are quick to complain these days , it's nice to reward good customer service.

Went to Homebase the other day and a lady called Paisley helped us find what we wanted. She was really helpful, friendly and polite.

I was looking for a clearance item I'd spotted on the website but no idea where it would be in store. A lady called Ruth was extremely helpful in locating it, eventually delving into the recesses of the store room for me. Brilliant service, much appreciated.

Ordered a toilet for store collection got it home and it smashed.

Also ordered a sink and vanity under for home delivery that was delivered smashed.

Returned both items to store which they replaced with no issues.

Great service with Katie Griffiths for my new bathroom. So helpful and always available for any questions! So grateful and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a new bathroom!

Just to say a big thank you to Katie Griffiths in the kitchen dept of Homebase.
She has gone over and above to help us choose our kitchen order.
Nothing was too much trouble for her and she spent a lot of time designing our space to the best advantage.
Even after the sale was agreed she has been in touch to update us regularly.
We are really grateful for her expert advice and flair for her job.

I needed a new kitchen but was on a tight budget. Katey was my saviour, she worked really hard to sort out what I needed and within my means.
I was so impressed with the time she put into finding what I needed.
I would definitely recommend Homebase especially if Katey is the one looking after you.

We visited Homebase just to look at some kitchens for a future bungalow we are building. We did not intend to buy until Katie (Kitchen and Bathroom depart) came to us and offered to show us around. She was very persuasive and pleasant so we sat around her desk and she planned the kitchen with the measurements we had. After a couple of hours, we were persuaded to buy a kitchen and stored it at our property. she is an excellent sales woman and an asset to Homebase. This was in July, the same procedure happened just this week-end and we again walked around just looking when Katie suggested she could create a bathroom for the space we will have available. Same procedure as with the kitchen : we bought a bathroom ! Very helpful too. Anyone thinking of buying a kitchen or a bathroom should visit Homebase Worcester and see Katie for an excellent deal. Shortage of staff to pay/collect orders

Product purchased for collection not available, the stock levels apparently wrong....refund takes 5 days. Hopeless!

Recently visited our local blackpole store as wanted to redecorate our bedroom. After speaking to Paisley, she helped us decide what colours would go best and our new room looks amazing 🤩. Will definitely return again soon

I came in to Homebase for paint and needed help, Paisley went through the options with me and helped me choose the best option to achieve what I wanted. Very professional and so helpful. I sure will be returning again!
