Im delighted at the quality and great value of our utility room units, that we recently purchased from Homebase Waterford. We got excellent support and advice from Magdalena, and would definitely consider shopping there again.

The quality of the kitchen is excellent and we feel we got real value for money. Above all the service was just excellent given the attention to detail and exceptional support and communication we received during and after the sale.

We recently fitted a new kitchen and utility room. Homebase Waterford were by far the best value, and product quality is excellent. Magdalena worked with us throughout the process of planning, design and delivery. Her support, expertise and professionalism was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Great customer service from Magdalena in the Waterford store. From beginning to the end, and all in between, she was constantly available for questions and queries .

Excellent service from the design to delivery. And after sales service when we had damaged to a door which was our fault it was replaced.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Elaine and her colleague went above and beyond to help me find the exact product I was looking for. They have a great selection of items and this shop is well worth a visit!

i did my usual annual pilgrimage to Homebase Ardkeen Garden Centre. For someone with a big garden and tiny knowledge it’s always a pleasure to see Carmel in the garden centre. No question is never to silly for Carmel and I love her enthusiasm for what she does. And she does it well! Always with a smile!

I haven’t bought a kitchen recently, yet Magdalena and Trish in the kitchen department are always happy to help with any query, even outside of the kitchen remit. Great to see such professionalism and commitment to customer needs.

Very disappointing service, others served ahead of me, unclear which till point is actually operational. Tried talking to cashier but she was more interested in her headset device. Very poor experience.

Caroline at checkout was super helpful and I would go back to Homebase because of her.

Disinterested staff member on checkout. I’ve had two experiences with her (Nora). Again she completely ignored me and continued writing a note. I was the only person at the checkout and she was the only staff member on tills, it’s not as if she was flat out serving. What annoyed me was she was chatting away to her colleague and then proceed to completely ignore me. Perhaps she’d be more suited to a role not facing the customers as she is extremely rude.

Yvonne and Nora went out of their way to help with a problem I was having. Outstanding customer service!

So today for the first time ever I purchased a kitchen,after lots and lots of browsing around I'm so so happy I dealt with Patricia at Homebase Waterford, Patricia made me feel so relaxed and comfortable as this is something I never ever done in my life, Patricia was so positive with the whole process, I kinda knew what kitchen I wanted and with Patricia's input and ideas I walked away so much happier with the kitchen I originally had in my mind,one of the greatest things Patricia done for me is that she saved me so much money with the choices I made compared to the ideas I had originally in my mind,she did not throw the most expensive kitchen at me,she understood my needs and wants and delivered them in such a professional and friendly way,thank you so much Patricia for helping me on this amazing part of my life, thank you so much 😁

Sarah on the tills was so helpful with my return. I had to come into the store to return a faulty vanity and Sarah on the till couldn't be more helpful

The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Yvonne, she was very helpful while looking for summer furniture, really knew her stuff

Went into the garden centre bank holiday Monday, it was lovely, so fresh, full of colour. David was a great help, very friendly

Cristine helped me a lot to find the right set of shelves and screws set for my room. She was very helpful and kind.

Big signage in store ‘20% off Mix and Match Storage’ and most of the storage under this sign. I picked up 2 baskets and paid and then realised neither had the discount.

When I inquired why the boxes were with all the storage I was told ‘I don’t know’ and that I could return the boxes.

This is terrible service and a terrible experience.

Buyer beware.
