Homebase - Upton Recensioni 

Please look at your website as you clearly need to spend time updating it. I ordered hangers advertised as BLACK & WHITE 5 black 5 white and they were all white !!!!! This is the second time this has happened. On first occasion when I complained in store when collecting - I was told website not been updated. I was bitterly disappointed to find that when I looked back on your website and saw them ( thinking back in stock ) to get same as before. Totally misleading and not acceptable very poor customer service

I visited the Upton store today and the service provided by Jake was excellent. He went over and above with the help he provided. Carrying boxes to my car, and making sure they fitted. Any business should be glad to have him as an employee. Cheers Jake.

Excellent service as ever. Ordered a garden dining set and within one hour it was available. Quick easy payment and collection and the item was taken to our car and loaded… with a smile! Thank you

I was annoyed that I had to come into store to arrange delivery and couldn’t do it over the phone. Then I was told that I lived too far away, more than 30 miles. It’s not it’s 25 and out of stock in Chester. However, delivery arrived at 9pm last night (Tuesday) so was really quick and delivery guys polite. Unfortunately the box was covered in bird muck, not nice!!

Ordered on the internet at midnight, available at 10am the next day - brilliant

The item I purchased was fine, however the delivery wasn’t it was over an hour late I didn’t receive any updates. The whole time it started the driver was 7 stops away. When it was delivered I had to ask the driver to put the package in the hall as he was going to leave it on the pavement and it was raining. I tried to update the their website but it kept freezing.

No text to say collection was ready. Homebase cancelled an item even though it was showing 2 in stock when I ordered. I have to wait 3 days for a refund. Communication was none existing and I had to chase my order

A Simple and easy ordering process. The goods were arranged to be collected at a local store and we collected the next day. This was so convenient. The shop staff were friendly, helpful and courteous why wouldn’t you buy from Homebase

Bee, was a star! She definitely went the extra mile. She was professional, helpful, very pleasant and went out of her way to help us. She provided us with excellent customer service. Will definitely be visiting the store again!
