Not enough staff so no one to help me out with a large box of garden furniture- had been to Sevenoaks previous week and they were so helpful

Throughout the Tunbridge Wells store we found the staff exceptionally helpful. In the plants area the lady staff member was so knowledgeable and courteous. The gentleman at the door similarly helped us with specific questions and took time to take us to the area where we found what we were looking for. Amari on the till could not have been more helpful - friendly, enthusiastic and smiling throughout. Great advocate for Homebase.

Went in to buy a parasol base, I didn't know which one would be big enough for my parasol. A very helpful member of staff helped me, even unboxing the product so I could check the size

Store was very well presented. Staff members were very helpful, Alison helped us locate the house plants, another staff member helped us to locate the rotary airer covers and Shelly who served us on the checkout was also very helpful and polite.

Order was ready but the energy, or lack of, from the staff member did not inspire confidence. We were also incorrectly directed to the wrong part of the store when there was a whole display in the correct area!

As soon as we entered the store, an assistant asked us if we needed any help. Our item was ready for us in the click and collect department. Couldn't have been easier.

I went into get plants i had a good service at the till with two young lady’s shelly was very helpful :) told me about this to leave a feed back so i have she also gave me information on what’s on sale ilbe looking at that to very interesting thankyou and online to .

Great service today served by a young lady by the name of Shelly who helped me make sure I got the right products and spent time explaining them to me , that is something you rarely get these days thank you fab shopping experience

The staff. I lost my long-cherished gold ring in the store whilst plant shopping. Assistant handed it in, my panic call when I arrived home got most reassuring response and today I was treated so well by everybody when I went in to collect it.

Extremely unhappy box smaller from store to boxes purchased on line but same price?

Also box cracked ????
