That the whole purchase experience was absolutely trouble free - and I even was able to hand over the redundant item of equipment my purchase was replacing.

Tracy, at Homebase Truro, helped us plan a Homebase kitchen. Tracy was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, had great ideas, and went to great lengths to give us what we needed. We strongly recommend the kitchen planning and supply department - and Tracy in particular - at Homebase Truro.

Wow!!…Early spring set up with some awesome New garden furniture in the Truro store. I was shocked, yet elated to see a nice shiny Weber BBQ display back with an impressive selection. Just need the sunshine now! Without a doubt locally this is the place if you’re after a decent BBQ this year.

Ordered four tins of paint as I am elderly and could not carry them.They were delivered on time with no hassle.I bought testers first before I made my choice and the staff were very helpful in helping me find what I was looking for.All good at the Truro store.

Found what I needed but took pot luck on the paint as no staff around for any help,would have been nice to ask for advice about what paint I would need for uneven cracked walls
While paying thought the lady (Tracey) at Truro Branch should nt have been talking to another member of staff on the phone having a conversation about a customer complaint bad customer service

Very smooth. Cannot fault the whole experience. I ordered online last night. I paid. Got an email confirming my purchase. Then early this morning I received a text telling me to pick up from 10am. I drove to store. Asked for my goods. The chap asked me my name. Fetched my purchase from the back. I left. THANKYOU!! Job done!!! 👍👍👍

Easy to use Click and Collect service. Very helpful customer service when I had issues collecting the item on time.

We purchased the my plan bathroom suite from Homebase last year on arrival the doors were faulty which they did replace.as a bathroom was a working project it was not fitted till 6 months after we had ordered but we had checked all parts and everything looked fine. After the competition of the suite I was initially very pleased with the look but after about 6 months we noticed the laminate had started to come away from the doors and the side of the unit and also some on the toilet system. We went into Homebase who sent us to customer service as it was now past warranty. And we have been going back and forth for the last 6 months as they no longer selling the items we brought part of me feels there is a underlying issue with the product from the start but no one at Homebase will help resolve our issue. We paid nearly a thousand pound for this suite so was not brought cheaply and should be made to last for a much longer length of time. I am so disappointed as my now finished bathroom looks unsightly even though we spent a lot of our hard earned cash to give our self’s a nice bathroom we had a carpenter fit it and the whole bathroom was to be done to a high speck now looks awful.
It seems once they had got our cash they were no longer bothered about us as a customer we have brought many many things from this store but will never again be giving them my hard earned cash
