Homebase - Sudbury Recensioni 

I visit Homebase on a regular basis to check and buy plants and any other items I might need. The customer service is always good. This afternoon, I purchased a few items, the cashier called Grace was very helpful and polite to the previous customer. When it was my turn, she greeted me politely and scanned my items. Since I didn't have a bag, she mentioned I could take the basket to my car and return it. To my surprise, she came out to collect the basket from me. This was excellent customer service, she went above and beyond this afternoon. I would not expect this to happen every time I come. However her politeness, kindness and good customer service skills were duly noted. Well done, you made my day. She was operator 233560

This morning I had a list of items for my garden but couldn't locate two of them in store. Tony helped me to locate them and advised on how to use one of them. Whilst locating the items he chatted in a friendly manner to my two boys - which I know made the chore of shopping a little more interesting for them. Once I had purchased my items (bags of top soil, weed proof matting and garden borders), Tony offered to help me to my car, where he proceeded to help me load my car. Thank you Tony!

I went into the Sudbury store with a problem in that two tins of wood treatment with the same code number were totally different colours. This had of course caused me problems. Thankfully, Gina was very helpful; she listened, understood and got the manager to come to assist me. Sadly he is rude, uncommunicative and sullen and did not bother to speak to me at all. He could learn a lot from Gina who I rate highly for her help. I only give 4 stars to my visit because the manager was so poor at his job that I shall go elsewhere in future.

I queried at Sudbury Store (0128) whether any delivery services were available and was directed to an individual staff member called Tony who was willing to deliver slabs and stones to me in his own vehicle and in his own time, as these were too heavy and bulky for me to collect myself. I feel this was a personal service "0ver and above" that was not required by this individual but which I greatly appreciated as it meant one, prompt delivery that enabled me to improve my garden independently. A service recognised as very valuable by this individual staff member for customers and promptly arranged. Many thanks.

As always click and collect was on the ball mower was ready to roll and the Boss even put it in the car for me It don't get any better!!!

Michael at 0128 was very helpful and carried logs to the car for me.

I have used Sudbury Homebase a fair bit lately as I have just moved house. There is a long way to go so I will be using the store a lot in the coming months. The service by all staff has been magnificent and usually they have everything I need. Could not ask for more or better. Thank you folks

Kate was very helpful in helping me find Extacly what I needed while in the store. I cannot fault her customer service and she made me feel very looked after. I felt as though I was not much trouble at all and she knew Extacly where the items were and was very professional. I will definitely be returning to the Homebase store in Sudbury and would definitely ask for Kate’s assistance again.

Came in to the store and was very easy to find what I wanted and the store was very well layed out. This is why I choose your store over your competitors.

Visited the store Monday morning, I needed help with a paint project spoke to a young lady who was very informative and knew exactly what I was after and suggested other products to help with the project. Very impressed!

I collected an order from Homebase Sudbury. Not my normal store, went there because they had what I needed in stock. There was an item that was short on stock, I had been called but not listened to the voicemail. The team were really helpful and found stock at another store which was reserved for me. Karen and Alison were brilliant, the whole team had an old fashioned hardware store vibe, they seemed to care and know what they were talking about, unlike some competitor stores. We ordered a Kitchen through the Sudbury Suffolk Branch, we were looked after by Hector and he couldn't have been more knowledgeable and helpful to us. I would highly recommend Homebase for your kitchen for this reason.

good shop at homebase with really useful boxes. would be better if the trolleys were sheltered so if it rained dont have to have the pleasures of using a wet trolley and signage if the same line of items different sizes are in different part of shop would be handy.
