Visited homebase Stroud to look for new kitchen.
Was really impressed with Julie the designer as we new what we wanted. She came up with the design we wanted and the kitchen we wanted. We would highly recommend

Firstly we were well received when we explained what we were looking for.I am disabled and my husband is deaf.This did not hinder the assistants Lesley,Kevir and Robyn from giving us every possible piece of info that we required and making our search both interesting and satisfactory. We recommend Stoud Homebase for its products and its friendly helpful staff.

Click and collect order in Stroud for a petrol lawnmower. No Identification asked for just what I had ordered. Left on the side and just pointed at for me to collect. 2 young kids with me and no offer for help.
No local homebase in my area and used this one whilst visiting family, won't hurry to use again

Ian at Stroud Store was exceptional. Approachable. Made it easy to buy compost from outside and helped put in the car without asking. When I explained I had a spine issue. He asked if there was anything else he could help with. I was looking for new bulbs. He explained the bulb I brought in was discontinued, showed me alternatives and explained wattage and brightness for me. He was very knowledgeable and helped me with confidence in buying bulbs in the future. He made my experience shopping a lot less stressful than it could have been. My husband will be very happy he doesn't have to shop after work! Thank you:)

Excellent service, help and kindness in tracking down and supplying an item that was out of stock.

We visited 3 kitchen providers before deciding on Homebase as our supplier. Why Homebase? Julie at the Stroud branch is so friendly and immediately put us at ease compared to the other two companies. Ordering the kitchen was so easy and far less time consuming than expected. Julie dealt with everything efficiently and smoothly. Delivery of all the white goods and kitchen was according to plan. Can't really fault the service. Thank you Julie.

We asked Rob / Lesley about the items we were looking for and they were extremely friendly and helpful.
We will certainly be going there in the future. Customer service was excellent.

When we arrived to look at Garden Furniture we were rapidly approached by a member of staff (Kevin) who wanted to help us. We were concerned about storing the furniture over winter as we have limited protected space for storage. We had tried to stack the furniture but that did not appear to work for the set we particularly liked. However, Kevin pointed out that the 6 chairs come in a single box, so clearly they do stack. He even went as far as getting a boxed set into the store and opening it up for us so we could see how they were stacked.
Having done that I was concerned about getting it home in the car. However, Kevin helped me to remove my dog guard and measure the back to ensure it would fit inside.
Eve from the store then helped me to load the 3 boxes into the car. OK actually it was me who helped Eve as she did most if the work!
For customer service this is the best I have seen for a long time. Please keep it up.

I visited the store in Stroud this afternoon and was greeted by a member of staff. She asked if I was ok and did I need any help. Her name was Julie. She escorted me to the area I needed to be in and then helped me to locate all the paints in the range I was looking for. She was very helpful and was key to me making the choices I did. I then visited the checkout and was greeted by Lesley. Both members of your staff were extremely helpful and very attentive of my needs. 🙏

Lesley went out of her way to track me down after I'd asked about builders pencils, and then helped with best recommendations for paint for an exterior wall mural. Also helped by Ross to load the car. Great all round, thank you!

I needed to block up a hole at the top of a rather old sink. A very new recruit named Craig was very helpful, accompanying me round the store, but we couldn't find just the thing. Lesley stepped in and re-directed us to a different department where 2 possible solutions emerged. I bought both, returned the one which didn't fit at all and got a prompt refund.

I shop in this store a lot and it is a great little shop with some fantastic people. The store manageress is always happy to help and goes out of her way every time I need something that isn’t easy. The staff on the tills are always cheerful and having a laugh. I will already choose Homebase over B&Q in Stroud.

Lucy from the Stroud branch went out of her way to help us and was unflappable and cheerful whilst sorting out a complicated change of order. Thank you.

Only place I was able to purchase item without waiting a whole week.

all staff were welcoming, Keven helped us find the product we were looking .Even got it out of the box to showus how to assemble.
