I ordered and payed for my product on my phone twice, and had them delivered and the hole experience from start to finish was brilliant cannot fault homebase many thanks. Mr Michael Swaby.

Purchased 3 door keys but when we got home the machine had cut them wrong so didn’t fit but on calling the store the Manager (Carol) couldn’t be more helpful she instantly cut new keys which did fit... Leggi di più

Staff

Carol was lovely and very helpful. Staff who treat old people with respect and humor deserve a raise.

Quality indoor plants

Really delighted with the quality, price and selection of indoor plants in Sleaford, Lincolnshire Homebase store. The staff are always efficient, chatty and happy to help.

Did not like my click and collect order…

It's a good company that admits it mistake and puts it right for that I'm grateful I think

Great customer service

I was impressed with the reception given by Carol and her ability to help me to determine what I wanted and how to find it.
Also the layout of the store is clear and concise.
