My bookshelf was delivered on time and in good order.

Easy to use website and easy to buy. Item was ready same day. Got a text to collect. The product works and got it with discount. I am very satisfied.

All staff super helpful.

I placed an order through click and collect. It was all in the trolley when I arrived. Took it out to the car and the bags on the bottom were all split and difficult to tell how much had been lost. I spoke to a member of staff that was outside and they was totally disinterested and basically t was tough.

Every staff member I spoke to was lovely, smiley and a pleasure to interact with. Harrison was a particular stand out offering help when I was purchasing numerous bags of soil.

Order ready to collect within 1 hour and no waiting when picking it up

I went to the paint section, to get some paint mixed, the guy there, LIAM, was extremely polite a d helpful, a credit to your staff, and an example to younger people.

Was at homebase sittingbourne retail park buying paint and other diy items today.
A young man called Leon was very hopeful ,pleasant and just a joy to speak too.

The level of kindness shown was astounding. A huge thank you to Richard and Jolanda who were so supportive towards the Friends of Meadowfield charity. Homebase kindly donated materials to the sensory garden project. Thank you for helping to create a positive environment and help children in the local community. Amazing people !!

Brilliant staff! The chap who served us was bright, witty, helpful and very much exactly the sort of assistant one likes to encounter. He made the whole shopping experience today a real pleasure.

Marshall was great. I ordered the wrong stone choppings and he went and offloaded them and loaded up the correct stuff. All the staff were friendly and helpful too. Keep up the good work

When I arrived, the staff were more interested in chatting than helping customers. I rang the bell, and a lady came over asking for the last four digits of the order number, which I gave her. She explained the number was not coming up and asked when the order was placed; I told her it was twenty-five minutes earlier. She rudely explained that she had an hour to pick up the items and left. Then she explained to the lady she was talking to previously she had an hour to get his order so as not to rush. Then a colleague came over and said again, you have time as it's not been an hour yet, so no need to rush, pointing at me, saying it's that gentleman's, again in a rude manner. I didn't raise this at the time as I had spent a full day at work and didn't want to get into an obvious confrontation. The items were picked, and the man who did the picking gave me the trolley but didn't check to see if I needed any assistance. I gave them two stars, as I did get my full order.

Went to my local store (Sittingbourne) to pick up a click an collect order, the staff member left the counter to say she would be back to serve me, she didn't return, I I was served by another staff member who gave me an incomplete order so he went to get the missing item, upon leaving the store I was approached by the staff member who originally disappeared to ask me for my receipt, she somehow thought I had shoplifted a whole trolley load of stuff, i told her it was a click and collect and she was originally at the counter and had told me to wait, unbelievable!

Friendly staff, Item was in stock. Just had to wait a couple of minutes for member of staff to remove the security tag from rail on shelf

Package was thrown onto trolley by a member of staff. Clearly it was too heavy for her. Upon unpacking the package this morning, parts were seen to be damaged.

I asked for bag to put my paint in and was told by assistant. Sorry we have no bags have not had any for two months. I had struggled to the car with paint pots and other items .
This is not acceptable. ... nearly dropped paint tin in car park ..
Poor service.
