Quick and easy, you know that everything you want is there waiting. Staff was great, efficient and checked that I was happy and that the order was complete, before moving onto nect customer.

Richard was fantastic ! He was incredibly patient and did everything to get me the bathroom I wanted . He was knowledgable about every item as well as being helpful and understanding . He has really made a difference to the end result !

All the items that I had ordered were ready for collection swiftly and on the same trolley.

The whole experience was excellent

Ordered on the website Friday night using click and collect. Received text Saturday to say items were ready to collect. All very easy to use and items were ready and waiting when I went into store.

Not happy.
Required 4 tins of paint (buy one, get one half price). Website said store had stock, so ordered.
Only 3 available and third would have been full price so just took 2.
Have to wait 3-5 days for refund to debit card.

Issues are:
1. Misleading stock numbers
2. Failure to honour discount on third tin.
3. Long delay of refund unnecessary and unreasonable - should be instant (payment is)!

Nice products, good prices and selection, on- time with delivery. We are very satisfied and will shop there again.

We had a consultation with Richard to find a new kitchen. Richard also came out to see us at home and was very helpful and clearly knowledgable within his field.

We enjoyed our time designing our new kitchen and everything went smoothly with no issues at all. We thank Richard for the excellent communication too

Richard also helped with our new bathroom and the same service was given by him. We are very grateful to Richard and we have already recommended him to friends.

All great except I’d specified Saturday delivery. On Thursday morning I had notification on thecYodel app that it would be delivered that morning! Too late I was already out. Left outside in full view of the road. However, rescued it.
Have to say that it went together very easily thanks to good instructions.

We made an appointment for a kitchen consultation. I’d uploaded the details required, which Richard had already reviewed before we even got there, which was really helpful. With the help of Richard, we put together our plan, then he came round the following day to ensure it would all work. We had to make a couple of changes due to location of stopcock etc, but he really listened to what we needed and wanted out of our kitchen, so our revised plan is just as good! All ordered … let’s hope installation runs as smoothly!

I am refurbishing my en suite and although I knew how I would like it to look I hadn't a clue about ordering the extra bits needed

What I ordered, having checked it was actually in stock, was not what was put out for collection. The store informed me it was not in stock in that store. What is the point in checking the stock level in your nearest store when the information is incorrect. This is not encouraging customers to shop with you if you cannot keep information correct.

Experience with Homebase was absolutely brilliant! Richard is super great to work with, his knowledge on kitchens is second to none and he is able to truly bring your vision to life and find creative ways to do it if any issues arise. He is super thorough and always available for questions. Would definitely recommend!
