Jacqueline on the till was very polite and helpful that alone can make a big difference to your shopping experience

Click and collect order of two storage boxes was a good deal and was ready on time, staff were friendly. The problem was the boxes were quite dirty on the outside and a bit discoloured - the staffperson explained they’d been out in the elements due to lack of storage. It just meant I had to spend time cleaning them once home.

Easy process.. easy pick up.. and was even still at the store for collection when I was a day late due to misreading the text

I bought my daughter 2 plants for her new home and other items from your store in Waltham cross.
Unfortunately she wanted something much bigger and I had to wait for her to bring them back to me. I live in central London.
I took them back to the closest branch I could find which took me 2 hours in traffic.
The assistant had to ask another member who said as long as they are not dried out. I did water them and they were more moist than their current stock. But he wanted to call a manager who told me they do not take back plants.( I have previously seen plants returned)
I explained how long it took me to get there. I suffer from laryngeal cancer and am disabled and traveled approximately 12 miles to return them. His name was Darren. He was adamant and didn’t offer any apologies for my inconvenience. He categorically said no. He also said it’s on your return policy. It does not say that on the receipt.
I am very disappointed. Can you help?

The booking was quick and easy to make. Harjas Sachdev was so cheerful and welcoming, she put me at ease straight away. She was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. She was so quick with the design software and made the whole experience a pleasure. I don’t think I would have confirmed my order without her. She gave me confidence in my decision making.
