Plenty of stock store very clean staff very polite

Ordered a hedge trimmer online and intended to collect at Reigate Homebase but failed due to an error made by the store. The store manager has been very helpful. Not only had he apologised for the inconvenience caused but also brought one from another store and delivered to me. I’d like to acknowledge my gratitude for his professionalism and kindness.

Was ready and assisted with putting in the car, very helpful

I had an absolutely awful experience with Homebase and will think twice about buying with them in future.
Firstly we ordered three carpet trims for click and collect as the website showed there was 10 in stock. On arrival we were told they actually only had 2 in stock. So we ordered another one to store to collect another time and on our second trip to store to collect the third trim, the store couldn’t find where the order was. I asked the store to re order the trim to my house as I wasn’t coming to store again. The order arrived at my house a few days later damaged.
So I returned all three trims and told them I would go to b n q instead and was able to collect three trims from them straight away. Customer service at the Reigate store is so bad and so unhelpful.

Had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for the staff to find some paint brushes.

Defeated the object of click and collect.

Got home put wrong item In single roller set instead of twin roller set.

Contacted online support so they could refund difference told the store would have to do it. Shocking

Delivery was excellent but disappointed with my item as metal base of sofa has 2 deep gauge marks on the front.

Quick and easy to collect. Easy to park & wasn’t too busy when I collected on the bank holiday weekend. Good quality item. Was listed as black oak but not as black as I would have liked to match existing furniture but will do.

Very easy to order online. Collection of item took no more than two minutes.

The top of the ladder was damaged hutch l did not notice until l got it home.

Staff were really nice and friendly but only got 4 of the 5 sharp sand bags I ordered.

I brought online a 4×4 storage cube & 8 cube boxes. I was rung by homebase to say the 8 cubes were out of stock. When i collected the storage cube it came in 2 boxes. Box 1 of 2 had been retaped up which rang alarm bells. Sure enough when i got home there were no plans, 2 shelves missing, 2 shelves damaged and no fixings to put it altogether. I rang up and was told they were out of stock. I had to go to another store to swap box 1 over.

Helpful staff and stock easy to find. Ably assisted by Ben.

Click and collect confirmation came through very quickly. I was able to pick up my order as soon as I arrived, and a store member kindly loaded the compost into the boot of my car

Excellent click & collect ordering system and ready to collect within one hour. Unfortunate that the washing line fell over where it had been leant against the counter and was slightly bent but will check closer when I come to open it.

I ordered a Karcher jet washer in the evening, and collected it the next morning.
The lady staff member at Collections was friendly, smiling, helpful, and found my order quickly. Another lady at a nearby checkout till also asked if she could help me.
A pleasant experience, made so by the two lady staff members.
