Ian was very helpful and gave us great advice for our project.

Ian Samuels was helpful and kind during our first experience of designing and buying bits for our new home. He asked important questions which helped us to understand and plan what we wanted practically. Ian offered some fun and enjoyable chat during the designing process. I’d recommend a visit if your needing to design a space big or small.

Ordering what I wanted was easy, so too collecting it in store. A very good service indeed.

Sam at Rayleigh Weir Homebase Kitchen Designs has just been fantastic.
She was able to create a bespoke design for us from the homebase handleless range.
We had to build some of the features, but Sam provided notes on how she had created the design which help massively. Especially as we took delivery 6 months after placing the order (our choice). Sam was still on hand to support any queries we had whilst building the kitchen.
Sam's measurements were spot on as well.
So very grateful for Sam helping g us to create the kitchen we wanted at a price we could afford.

I visited Homebase in Rayleigh and was delighted with the service I received from all of the staff. I spoke with a lady called Kimbo regarding re potting of house plants and she was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It’s good to have a branch of Homebase local to me and I will definitely return. Thank you

Was doing some shopping in sainsburys next door, and decided to pop in to homebase and have a look at the house plants as they always have a good choice and are well cared for. We saw one we liked but didn't know what type it was. A friendly member of staff, was close by arranging the plants and let us know it was a type of calathea, thank you Kimbo! It's nice to have knowledgeable and helpful staff members there to be able to ask advice, as some shops we've visited haven't got a clue about what they're selling! We shop at this homebase fairly regularly, it's a well stocked and tidy store and in a good, easy to get to area just outside town. Would like it if they had more choice of outdoor plants, some more unusual perennials and shrubs.

Sam in Kitchens at Rayleigh Homebase went above and beyond to help us and nothing was too much trouble. She spent hours planning our kitchen last year which sadly didn't happen, then did it all again this year with a different model.
All ordered and delivered right on time and she happily ironed out a couple of issues we had which of our own making.

and paid for it but when pick it up only few items and the rest is out of stock 😒

Ian Samuels was an excellent design consultant - all questions we had were answered and it is great that if we encounter any problems, he is available to help straight away. We went to other leading retailers, including Magnet, and waited over three weeks for our design to be returned to us. We had the design from Ian within hours. Homebase (Rayleigh Weir) were by the far the best to deal with! We have purchased most of our materials there for our renovation and the staff are brilliant in there!

Me and my boyfreind just moved into an old 70s build. At the top of a long and stressful list was the kitchen which needed a complete rework to make it functional to work in. We were reluctant to buy a kitchen as we had no idea how to go about it and Homebase seemed like a good start. Enter Ian. He listened to our needs and budget and was able to advise us on what would work best in the space. He took us through every step of the design process and we went through several iterations to compare the prices. In the end, we left feeling confident we'd made the right choice. Ian was amazing, would definitely recommend. He also makes a cracking cup of tea!

Ordered on line. Received text 15 mins later confirming item ready to collect. Simple to pick up in store. Thank you.

A rather loud lady, in a busy store shouted out we were so far the first people to buy something on line for Christmas,
I said to my hubby, does that mean we get that free!!!

Just To say I was extremely pleased with the service story received from Angie and Chris at the homebase Rayleigh store.
I already picked up the wrong paint and taken it home then had to revisit the next day but unfortunately it didn’t seem to be any of the Wright paint that I needed with their help. We managed to track it down and exchange it over. It seems that nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you for the service on this occasion from these two members of staff.
