Needed to use disabled toilet was told toilets have been blocked for about a month had to go to Costa coffee in my wheelchair then went to pick up click and collect young girl couldn't find it as it had been put in wrong place ,she was very polite and helpful but a hardware store and they can't even fix a blocked toilet

Went into Omagh branch for 10litre…
Went into Omagh branch for 10litre paint and other items. Couldn’t lift it into trolley ( had operation recently) so asked Paul Gordon who works there if he would. He immediately did so and after I paid offered to put it into the car for me. This is what I call first class and efficient service. Great to see someone so helpful to customers.

Till was queued back 6/7 customers, one staff member on tills. One staff member looking “busy” at another till that was closed. When I eventually was served no offer of help to car with heavy item. Three staff members in carpark cleaning up one bag of spilled compost!! A bit of delegation and common sense wouldn’t go a miss!

Exceptional Service
We recently purchased a new kitchen with appliances from the Omagh branch of Homebase. The onsite support, the onscreen planning, the informed guidance, follow-up service, and genuine, down-to-earth, and no-waffle helpfulness were absolutely outstanding. Our sales adviser was the wonderful Leah Monteith and we are indebted to her for her care and attention throughout the entire process. She is an exceptional sales adviser and such an incredibly valuable asset to your business. We now have the most beautiful kitchen and all thanks to Leah-she is a diamond!
