Homebase - Nottingham Recensioni 

Excellent communication. Driver knocked on my door on delivery rather than just leaving it. My only negative would have to be the cost of delivery and waiting for over a week to receive my parcel.

Kirsty from the Doncaster branch of The Range was filling in at the Nottingham branch whilst we were shopping for our new kitchen, we were so impressed with her customer service and advice that we purchased the kitchen there and then and we are so glad that we did.
The quality of the units and worktop is second to none and looks fantastic now complete.
Kirsty has a great team that she works with including Andy and Paul who fitted everything to an exceptional standard and Baz her plasterer who helped us out at short notice when our builder let us down.
We cannot recommend her highly enough and would give 6 stars if possible!

It would have been useful if the website clearly stated you are in administration and now longer taking returns

Excellent shopping experience at this Homebase in Nottingham. Ben , the paint expert was very knowledgeable helpful and has a good sense of humour! Stephen who helped us choose an electric sander went out of his way to ensure got the right sized sand sheets despite confusing packaging. Such a pleasant shopping experience - so much better than online buying - especially when you have such good interaction with other human beings!!!

Friendly help on checkout and another staff member kindly loaded the car for me

I used the click and collect service and it all went smoothly - I was in and out the store within 2 minutes!

Easy to order, available quickly and great staff in the store.

It’s 2nd time I used buy & collect this month and I can’t compliment the staff enough . Every time I’m treated respectfully and picking up stuff is really smooth and easy , Just giving an order number and everything is laid on the counter to take home , everyone checks that the number of items is the same as ordered and will even double check what you ordered to make sure you are getting everything u paid for . Last time I had a nice guy serving me and today I had 2 wonderful ladies , even when I was first time to just see what they have on offer I was nicely surprised by a lady shopping who let me go first to check out just because she through I was there before her but I was checking product on sale next to till before I went to queue, which was extremely nice 😊. Also all the times I’ve been there there were no queues and barely any people so I didn’t feel stressed or had trouble moving around or having trouble on concentrating what I want to buy. At this moment that’s my go to store and I’m very happy with the service and the stock of products also there are currently plants on sale too which is great. Also the fact that I can order something at night and have it ready to pick up 1h after shop opened , is fantastic. Especially perfect for building projects or when you realise you run out of a product or need 1 and have it ready in 1h without needing to run around shops looking for it .
