Excellent able to check stock on line at my Norwich branch, then did click and collect, was able to collect after one hour, excellent service and friendly, helpful staff

It was so easy to order, pay and collect, saved lots of searching.

Ordering and pick-up was straightforward which made the whole experience great. The thing that really earned the full 5 stars 🌟 was the staff. For someone like me with disabilities that are not that obvious, they went the extra mile without making me feel "special". They were on the ball and helpful with other customers at the same time, too.
What a shame they will be made redundant in the new year, and hope they find other positions quickly that suit their great service and humanity.

Quick & easy click & collect

They were quiet on arrival and when I collected my order the 3 members of staff were a little pre occupied. They took my order number and got the product, I could not carry them all in one go but nobody offered to help me, I had to walk forwards and backwards despite 2 members of staff stood there doing nothing.

Well the collection was very smooth, but on arriving home, I have noticed a blemish / mark in one of the pots , which had been inside the other pot .

We have had a kitchen designed and delivered by Homebase. Tempany was brilliant to work with on the design, ensuring that all our requirements were met, measurements correct and that every item delivered was as required. As we were fitting it ourselves, Tempany promptly and helpfully answered any queries we had as we went along. The kitchen units, worktops etc are excellent quality and great value for money. The Homebase kitchen experience at this store is highly recommended.

The shop assistant, Alex was excellent, spending time trying to find an item I was buying. Subsequently he ordered the item from another store for me to collect the following day. So helpful when most would say there was only what was on the shelf!
