I think the range of products that you have and the friendliest and helpfulness of the staff makes your company what it is I am very pleased to use homebase

Had ordered a unit online & had delivered to home. When removed from box the item was damaged so returned it to our local store. Helen sorted out a replacement; she was very helpful & efficient. All the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Great Service Northampton Riverside!

Bought some tiles really good price. Haven’t used them yet but they look good. It was very easy to order and delivery was a suitable day so in all good experience.

Click and collect order but staff went the extra mile in store - in particular the guy on the customer services counter. Helpful, informative, friendly and couldn't do anymore to make the visit a pleasant experience.

Went to customer services to collect an order and the lady said to go to the till (where there was a very large queue of about 8 people queuing for one till)!
Customer service - non existent!
Lady who served me on the till however was very helpful and polite.
Would have been 4 stars if not for one Oder grumpy customer service lady

The sections are supposed to clip together but one corner was broken and all strapping/packaging had been removed. The 2 packs of 4 that I bought looked like they had been laid dug up and returned to store. I now need to buy, presuming they are still available, another set of 4 to obtain the replacement I need.
I needed the job completed a.s.a.p. Or I wouldn’t have accepted them.
If they were reducing the price due to their being damaged then this should have been made clear.
Not what I have come to expect from Homebase.

Whilst sorting out some tile samples today Helen at the front desk was very helpful in assisting with the sample returns and placing an order for my chosen tiles, at the same time assisting other customers to tills near by.
Helen was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable as to the best way to progress my order.

I recently attended an appointment with a kitchen designer Ranjit. She was absolutely brilliant and was so patient and accommodating. Ranjit came in extra hours to meet with us and go through our plan when we wanted to make changes to the design and he advice and guidance were very professional and always felt
To be in our best interests. I would not hesitate to recommend Ranjit at Homebase Riverside to anyone looking for a new kitchen project. Thank you!

the staff at store were really helpful when I made a mistake with my click and collect order.

Friendly, helpful staff who exhibited excellent product knowledge and useful advice in relation to the item I was seeking. They offered me additional goods at the checkout (which I had not considered) connected to my DIY project and which I happily added to my purchase.

We had a problem with our order but on going to the store we were helped by Helen who was amazing. She had originally helped us when we had a problem ordering and she was very understanding of about what we needed. She made everything go smoothly. Thank you Helen

Lovely paper rack good price very efficient

Searched online for this particular type of light bulb but couldn’t find it! Popped into Homebase & there it was!

Pleasant enough staff but didn’t realise until I was home and checked my receipt I was overcharged. A small Xmas plant was marked down to £2 but I was charged the full £6. I don’t live near so can’t just pop back.

I used click and collect the box was damaged and the plug and timer were missing. I have tried to ring my local Homebase for hour and no one answers and it just cuts you off…. Terrible service.

I received a call from the manager at my local Homebase. She couldn’t have been more helpful and arranged a refund and replacement lights. Thank you so much for all of your help.

Good online shopping experience,everything was straightforward and easy and item's delivered quickly.

We arrived at store the lady on click & collect was very helpful, and the lady on the tills was too ,,
Then we decided to look at more Xmas decorations, and the lady who had head phones on , came and asked if we needed help , we asked about the penguin’s on display , , her attitude and tone changed to to rude and aggressive, she walked off and said I have to speak to management, came back a said we could have them , still had bad attitude,
Only time she was polite was when I paid for the goods ,
It be a long time before I go to the Northampton store again
