When we were looking for a specific colour paint, which we were unable to find Beth went above & beyond to try and find it, and when this was not possible she worked her magic on the paint mixer to get a good match. She also helped us find other products we required! Very impressed with the personable service provided. THANK YOU!!

Homebase had my lawnmower in stock so I could pick it up the next day which was good. A young man helped me to the car with it we could not fit it in the boot he took it out of the box put it in the boot for me very helpful, very happy customer

Easy purchase
I did get my product as a buy one get one half price, but Homebase's price was very competitive anyway.
Very easy ordering system and Homebase messaged to say the order was ready to pick up.

When you can't get an item in your car.
Having gone into my local HomeBasestore and being told they don't deliver I looked on line to buy the item i wanted only to find I could get the item I wanted and get it delivered for a fee at HomeBasestore, the delivery men were so helpful and kept me informed.

2 x recent trips shopping for household…
2 x recent trips shopping for household and garden furnishings. Both times staff there were knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and friendly. They checked stock for me and went out of their way to help finding what I needed in their store. Would definitely recommend this store for a happy, welcoming helpful, experience.
