We got great customer service after we bought a pre lit tree on line and the lights didnt work. I rang customer service and we were able to return to Morecambe store and get a replacement so that we had a tree for Christmas. Really helpful staff both on the phone and in store. Thank you.

Ended up getting a tree from display rather than one I ordered. Staff could not have been more helpful in dismantling and boxing up the tree. Thank you Morecambe Homebase
