Homebase - Milton Keynes Recensioni 

I ordered items on click and collect yesterday morning and got an email acknowledging the order saying it would be ready for collection within an hour. This morning, 23 hours later, a message informed me that my order was ready for collection! Fortunately, I'd taken the chance of going to the store before it closed yesterday so there was nothing to collect. I'd ordered eight items, six were what I'd expected, though two had defects, but the other two bore no resemblance whatsoever to the colours shown on the website. With hindsight, I shouldn't have bothered with click and collect because I had to wait to return items then go and get replacements from the display, then queue again to pay which took longer than just going to the store.

The 2 terracotta planter bowls are exactly what I need for my garden.

Went to the store to buy this item showing 14 in stock went outside done click and collect and wouldn't you know they have them in stock.
Staff just couldn't be bothered to help.

Easy to sign up to 10% discount. Easy to use website and could pay using PayPal. Made the whole process so quick. Text when items are ready and great friendly staff when collected at store the same day

Easy to order, easy to collect, great quality and a great price.

Click and collect. The plant was below standard with a broken leaf. The store replaced it when I pointed this out, but it's disappointing that a substandard product was on sale.

Item was ready when I went to collect so good system and great staff.

Now the bad part. Like many retailers, Homebase have decided to use the services of some utter scumbag parking company entirely pointlessly to control their carpark using confusing signs and terms and conditions to catch out innocent but unwary motorists. Make no mistake - this costs you business as it puts people off coming for a browse or a shop. You have a car park the size of a planet, so there is just no need for it.

Fantastic service, really impressed - goods were waiting for me and despite being early on a Sunday, I was met with a smile from the staff member who couldn’t do enough for me - superb!!!

Service was excellent! Ordered online the evening before after hours; was advised the item was ready to collect just after 8am the next day. Collected at 8.30 with the minimum of fuss 😊

We asked if we could have assistance getting a large box containing a sunlounger (an impulse purchase) to our car and this was done quickly for us old folks (apparently by the manager!).

The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The click and collect process was so easy to use from start to finish.

Tried to order paint at South Ruislip branch and was bluntly told no with no reason why except it’s not on the system. Your online website says different. Went into Milton Keynes branch and a very helpful lady called Shirley ordered the paint without any problems or fuss. She was friendly and efficient and arranged for the paint to be delivered at my original store of South Ruislip. I do hope the miserable woman who ‘served’ me in South Ruislip is there when I go to pick it up 😉
