Very easy to do

My order was ready in super quick time, however 1 out of the 2 fence posts I ordered could not have been more twisted or out of shape. Not sure how my project will turn out given that half of it will be attached to a wonky post. More careful picking required I would say, and certainly any items like the one I received should not be fit for sale.

Jerry was very good at giving advice on how to fit a cat flap to a UPVC door - he took the time to explain the best method etc - great customer service thanks!

Jerry was amazing, took time to help me choose what I needed and explained how to use the fixings. I didn’t feel rushed and now am more confident to tackle some DIY.

Great customer service and pleased with items purchased

The staff are always friendly and willing to help. But today I received excellent customer service from Mandy. I was buying some paint and Mandy advised me of a special offer that was available - Buy 1 Get 1 HALF PRICE on Crown and Dulux Paints. Whereby I saved ££.

Really quick and efficient ordering and collection service. Very helpful staff in store and assisted me with getting products to my car. Great product, set of 4 dining room chairs, good value and quality, very easy to assemble and look great too. Overall an excellent experience, thank you.

I visited Homebase as needed to return two items from the Powerbase range that were faulty. All the staff I dealt with, were friendly and very helpful. Especially Molly who dealt with both returns, I didn't have one of the receipts, but had a PayPal copy to prove my purchase. Molly searched for the transaction and issued the refund to my new card as the previous card had fraudulent activity on it. She then refunded the other product no questions asked. I was impressed with the very swift, friendly, professional services Molly provided at the store, unlike the Service I was provided by Shirley at the Milton Keynes store . Shirley should jobshadow Molly to learn how to treat and deal with a customer. I would return to the Market Harborough store as the staff are really good.

I had a 25 mile round trip to collect my order and got home to find I had been given a different item to what I ordered.
That was after I told the assistant it was a lawnmower and she tried to give me an item in a little box as well.
Not at all happy. Very disappointed.

Really quick turnaround, for some enormous garden furniture, friendly desk staff and helpful carry out. Got it all in and home quicker than planned.

The sales assistant Jerry was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and polite. He unpacked our furniture and loaded it all into the car for us. Couldn’t have asked for any more.

Jerry needs to be cloned for other retail outlets. We always find him so helpful, knowledgeable and customer focused. Last week we needed to match very old paint colours and within moments he showed us the dulux mix swatches and prepared just what we needed. We never search him out, he finds us, always asking if he can be of help. A credit to Homebase.

I was served today by Molly I needed a very small item a coat hook and I said just point me in the direction but Molly insisted on showing me exact area and helped me select such a small item. Thank you Molly

I was served by Jerry today. He was so helpful and polite. He was happy to help me and went over and beyond for me. He deserves recognition for his excellent customer service skills.

Helped by Jerry who was very friendly & although didn’t know the product immediately that I was looking for he found it & being quite heavy put it in a trolley for me.
