The stock was not on the shelves so unavailable to pick up however the staff member went above and beyond, searching through delivery and back room stock for a tiny pack of £3.50 bolts. And he found them!
Incredible customer service

The worst service I ever got. I have not received the order neither I have got refunded my money back. I visited twice the Maidenhead center and called twice to customer care . It seems no one are in sync.

I ordered the product on 14th August and It suppose to be delivered to Maidenhead center on 15th August. But there was no communication to me about the order delivery status. Then I called customer care on 18th August. customer care confirmed me that it has been delivered To Maidenhead center and I went to collect and found that Order has not been delivered to Maidenhead center. I asked there to cancel my order. They confirmed me that I’ll get confirmation on this by email in 1 hr.. it’s been more than 30hr but still no email. Now I saw that it is showing as collected.

We did a click and collect on some Garden Furniture and staff could not of been more helpful. We were in and out quickly and assisted by two members of staff with getting our purchase into our vehicle.

Easy parking. Instant service-no queue

It was a bit chaotic at checkouts, basically none were open and people making purchases were queuing at Click and Collect.
Also I ordered double size quilt and received super king size which I didn’t notice until I’d got my double duvet inside and it was all baggy. Now I have to fold it all up and go back to the store to sort it out. Not happy.

Easy and efficient

All went as expected, was delivered with respect with a kind, helpful delivery driver. Lovely chair, would definitely purchase again. Only issue was the box was a little bit damaged but the product inside was nicely and well packaged. Credit to Nick working at maidenhead as duty manager for assisting me through this purchase and gave helpful advice.

It seems very much on the decline.
So few staff, who probably are disheartened by the whole thing.
What made me so frustrated today, was that I was looking for suitable large garden pots, of which there were very many, but so few that were actually visibly priced.
There were a few collections that had a chart of sizes and prices, but in the same area, were other pots not applicable to those signposted, but not a price to be seen.
Plenty of bare wooden stakes on which one assumes were there awaiting some kind of price indication...
In the end,I had to go back on the store, wait in line to get it scanned for the price,,which was more expensive than I'd hoped, so just bought the compost and left.

Booked click and collect. Lady staffing the desk was very overworked and trying to deal with multiple enquiries at once rather than resolving one at a time, which took longer than necessary.
Goods were stacked along the passageway by the exit next to broken glass. The packaging was soft plastic and ripped in multiple places. The lady did check for a replacement but out of stock so I had to risk taking damaged goods or missing parts home with the hassle of dealing with a return. Fortunately all was good.

The click and collect was easy to do. When I went in to collect there was a problem with my order as the items were damaged but the staff were so nice and suggested an alternative and honoured the original order price even though there was a price difference. This was also as they were closing but the staff were helpful, polite and professional.
Would shop there again.

No long queues. Very happy guy behind the till. Had everything ready.

Easy online order and to buy 2 x 2.5 litres of shed paint was cheaper than 1 x 5 litre!
Ready after a few hours to collect and well done to the Asian lady on customer services desk who was new, she was very efficient . Thank you 🤩

Not all of my order was ready after I had been told to collect it. I was called by the store to explain the situation. However, after visiting the Maidenhead store and picking up the items that were ready and seeking a refund for the missing items, I still have not received my refund for the three missing items.

Expectational polite, friendly and helpful service from Callum, Danny, Emma and Glen today - couldn’t have asked for better! Went above and beyond to locate products in store, and even offered to collect out of stock products from other Homebase store!
New store layout looks fabulous too!

Waited for 25 minutes to get my item after being told some1 was coming

Had ordered a summer patio set & when it arrived there were 2 chairs missing! Extremely odd as the box (and what we ordered) said 6 chairs & when opened there were only 4! So we went straight back to Homebase in Maidenhead & spoke to Duncan Pitt ( one of the managers) after a lot of emails backwards & forwards, Duncan managed to sort our order out and even delivered them! What service & we’re very grateful for your help. I know your job is pretty stressful ( I noticed) but this is great customer service & support. Thank you

Terry was really helpful assisting me to find the products I needed and talking through the options. He also loaded everything into the car for me.

Quick click and collection. Staff very helpful and got a really good price

I’m rating this a 4 out of 5 because the server had the patience of a saint. The queue was long and she politely called for help on the headset and her colleagues took their pretty little time coming to help. Me and other ppl queuing said we would have lost our patience with the colleagues. She was calm, polite and just so lovely.
