I wanted to return an item and was told No Refunds (administration)) I was told "take it home and do what U want with it"
I thought it was very rude .
When they discovered I paid online , I got refunded.
The Lady assistants attitude was not very nice.

Bought a Tin of Crown paint. It was unopened and unused. Returned to the store to exchange it for a lighter colour. Was told at Customer Services that as Homebase Derry is in administration, No refunds or exchanges. I could understand a No refund policy, but No exchange even though I had my receipt, left me very disappointed.

Very speedy service from moment of purchase to collection which was available within the hour. The staff members very helpful and friendly.

Very helpful bought a garden vac couldn’t get it assembled staff very helpful

Very helpful staff in the Derry store who organised my click and collect and helped me to car with some heavy items. However, very disappointed that a garden ceramic pot that I bought was included in my order with a massive crack down one side which I only noticed when I got home. Will now have to return when a little more care would have meant that this would be unnecessary.

Associate was pleasant and efficient. Service was prompt and hassle free

Great service, I bought the Toby grey velvet accent chair for my bedroom, beautiful chair lovely quality and looks great. At the time purchase I got it for half price. Arrived well packaged love it. Would highly recommend.

I bought 5 units from Londonderry branch on 27/09/2024. The delivery company confirmed the delivery will be on 10/10/2024 between 13:46 - 17:46.
Nothing arrived on that day while on the system it is documented as “delivered “. when I phoned the next day, they claimed that they contacted us and as we didn’t answer they were not able to deliver.

Very pleased with storage box. This was a click and collect order. I went to desk and the lady was very pleasant and brought my order out. Then a male attendant put it on the trolly and helped me get it into my car.

5 star service as always from Homebase staff. Well priced. Good website

Just picked up the Stanley Fatmax Pole Pruner from the Derry store on click and collect. Got it home, opened the box and found it has been used. Dirty blade with debris from obvious overuse. Will now have to take it back as if I wanted a second hand one I would have looked in a second hand shop for one. Very disappointed with Homebase as the way it was packaged they obviously knew it was a used product. Never had problems with Homebase before.

The lady serving me at the collection point was very helpful, friendly and polite.

Click and collect was handy. Great easy service instore and items on hand for collection.i really appreciated the fella take my floor to the car and put it Into the boot,he was so pleasant and his customer service was great

Great service and aftersales care from Kirsty, she helped me plan out my kitchen, sent me plans, keep in touch with no pressure to purchase.

Kirsty was wonderful in helping us through every step of our kitchen design. We discussed a budget and design and she made our dream kitchen a reality. Every element was included in our design and each process was throughly discussed. If you are thinking of upgrading your kitchen Kirsty is wonderful to deal with!

I was able to collect the power washer and put it in the car before my wife looked at cushions. She didn't know I ordered it ,collected it until I got home and opened the boot of the car . That is a perfect transaction.
