The watering can was very dented, looked like someone had been playing football with it. No more in the store even though the stock list says there was. Asked for refund. This wouldn’t work for online refund so finally they agreed to refund in store. Not the best use of 20 minutes of my time!

Easy ordering on line. Quick communication to say my item was ready.Straight to the collection point very helpful, polite and professional lady served me.

Sorted out a faulty part for me. Was expecting them to want me to pack everything up and get it back to them,but they sorted it in minutes.

Ordered a couple of lamps to collect in store, items arrived on time and the collection process was easy. Staff member who served me was friendly and efficient.

Visited the Huntingdon, Cambs store today. We had help from an excellent person called Oliver, who could not have been more helpful and also offering advice to us. He gave us a choice of products. Oliver had a natural, not forced approached, that made us feel, we were getting the best possible advice, rather than being led to purchase products, that really does make a difference to customers. Thank you so much for your assistance.

Easy to order, efficient pick up, assistance excellent, man took them to my car and put them in for me.

Called into store to return a faulty kitchen tap which was still under warranty. I had already purchased a replacement tap and a refund was agreed....no hassle. Excellent!!

I ordered goods via click and collect at approx 4:30pm but received no confirmation they were ready to collect before 8pm closing. Next day I had to phone 3 times (all operatives were busy the first two attempts) before getting through mid-morning and being told my goods were ready.

Ordered items were available quickly. The member of staff who assisted me at the click and collect counter was friendly and helpful. They even helped carry the items to my car.

The products ordered are all fantastic and I am really happy with them.
