I would like Marie to be recognised for her excellent customer service. Easy to talk to, friendly, extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble, even though I took Marie away from doing a job she needed to get done, she still went out of her way to help.

Will definetely be using Homebase again Thanks to Marie.

I was looking for an item which is out of season, a very helpful lady called Sarah insisted on heading to check the clearance shelves for me as she recalled that they were being sold off. There was one left in store which I picked up and purchased. Alot of staff would have simply said we don't have those.

There was a shortage of signage showing prices on many of the products in the decorating section

The order was ready, waiting at the collection point and the male assistant wheeled and loaded the items into the boot of my car, very helpful and appreciated this service.

Excellent Customer Service as usual - I expect nothing less from Homebase - It’s always a pleasure to shop there - I ordered a plant with the click and collect service - However, when collecting it I decided I preferred a different plant - So no problem with an exchange - Truly helpful and very friendly staff -

Everything was well as per usual went in & gave the lady at the cashier till my order number she checked on computer asked my name radioed the garden area & somebody brought my order on a trolley 10/10

Delivered on time, no issue, garden furniture is fantastic
