Took some time to find the click and collect order on the system but eventually found it in store - otherwise friendly and helpful staff member so its more of a system process issue I guess

Excellent service

I was taken to the item I was looking for and given advice on the best product to choose. The staff member at the till was also helpful, friendly and efficient.

Thank you Linda at Herne Bay Store

Popped in to get some paint.
Linda was absolutely lovely. A real pleasure to talk to. Did her absolute best to upsell me some products without being pushy, I did already have everything I need, but her customer service was amazing.

Linda was very helpful

Linda was very helpful, called for assistance at the paint counter as soon as she saw me waiting. Paint was mixed immediately and Linda offered advice on other things I might need.
