Had a lovely shopping experience at Homebase and was given some really helpful advice from the staff and Manager Kevin on Xmas and electrical.

Excellent service as always. Anna and Margaret go above and beyond. Always extremely helpful. Always greet you with a smile. Store has everything we need. Thanks team for your hard work. Extremely knowledgeable with regards to the product that they stock. Brilliant.

Spent a small fortune on laminate flooring last week followed by Scotia, purchasing 8 lengths that were all like horseshoes. Asked if anything could be done with the price and the female manager came along and said that we could have them half price as they are the shape they are to which they're stored (bolt upright), there's no wonder they're the shape they are. I found myself 1 length short so returned to buy another one in the same shape. The woman serving was incredibly rude offering only 10% off the price after I explained I already purchased these and just needed 1 more and was honoured a 50% price reduction because of the shape of them. She replied with have you got the receipt? Why she asked I don't know because I was buying another not returning etc. she was extremely rude in the process pushing me to the side to serve other customers to then place the Scotia across the till with a paint tin on top in an attempt to straighten it out, before this she told me it'll straighten itself when it's fitted.. it's about half a meter shorter than it should be because of the shape of it. She then continued to be rude and smirk at me whilst trying to hold it straight to show the male manager who came along eventually. They both smirked at eachother like something was funny about the whole situation. The manager eventually told me I could get it at 50% even though I tried explaining that some of it is lost regardless of the price because the edges aren't cut square from manufacturing and paying £7.50 for something so bent is ridiculous and would require a massive amount of fixings to even get it to stay where it needed to he looked at me blankly before again smirking at the woman . When I purchased the original 8 there was no qualms whatsoever about a price reduction and the 2 females that dealt with me one being the manager couldn't apologise enough at the shape of them and honoured a discount straight away because the shape of the Scotia was horrendous and this 1 I purchased today was no different to the rest

Last week we were lucky enough to have been taken care of by a gentleman named Carl. He was exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the paint products that he sold. It is very rare these days to have a member of staff so customer focused and polite and it made our experience shopping at your store an absolute delight.

Ordering in store was ridiculous as staff at customer service couldnt order the goods I wanted..apparently the manager had to, I was told to comeback in the afternoon...I returned and the new staff on had no idea what I was talking about, the info taken by tbe morning person was 'lost'..
I was again told the manager had to order it but he was 'busy'..
So much for you saying customer service can order goods...
subsequently ordered online and received sooner than expected ..so online great..in store sadly lacking....

Lovely easy transaction, good price too very impressed

Today I was very impressed by the technical knowledge and assistance provided by Carl whilst selecting paint for our recent kitchen make over. Carl was very approachable,and answered all our questions concerning the correct product and assisted in our final colour selection. Many thanks, will recommend to friends, “go see Carl in Homebase for all your paint selection”

Excellent service and advise from Carl in helping us find the paint we required.and mixed it to perfection.

Carl helped me in store today with paint choices. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He mixed a specific colour for me to try in a tester pot.

We couldn’t find what we wanted, and Anna was very helpful, even though she was rushed off her feet doing at least 3 things at once.

I met an amazing guy called Carl. who showed me all about colour matching it was great,easy to understand wish other paint providers would do the same. Thanks Carl at Homebase Haverfordwest.

I dealt with Becky and Anna, both were very helpful and polite and provided me with waste cardboard for packing my large 🌺 pots 😄😄

Today went into Homebase in Haverfordwest for paint and some DIY bits spoke to a gentleman by the name of Carl who mixed our paints had very useful instructions and advice

Service was great and simple

Carl was fantastic at helping me choose what paint would accommodate the room I was decorating. He was so helpful and informative and was a great help.

Ben and Amanda today were very helpful, polite and efficient. Ben mixed some paint for me and explained everything clearly. Jess had helped me the previous week and gave excellent customer service which was why I returned today. I recommend the store, very good staff. Thanks
