Efficiency and speed in processing the order were appreciated and being kept informed of progress of order was excellent. The staff member who brought out the wheelbarrow was very efficient but a little more customer care would have been welcomed. Nearing my 80s I am thankful to be fit and active and managed to load the barrow into my car. It would have been kind to be asked simply "Can you manage?"

So helpful and friendly, thank you so much to the chap who sorted my mum out with the 2x2 book case and squeezing it into my fiat 500 for us! She is so pleased with it, going above and beyond, fantastic customer service ☺️

Shocking customer service in store .
Shocking customer service in store .. refused to sell sample and driven to buy at substantially higher cost on line.
Would not use again but forced to do so on this occasion as required an exact replacement 😡

Great service!!
The collection of my order was dealt with very efficiently by the staff. The order was for 26 boxes of large tiles and the help from your staff to get them to my car was greatly appreciated

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service . Very helpful and pleasant . The box with the armchair was too big to get in the car .
It was unpacked by the person there and additionally protected against the rain .

Great customer service experience
Great experience was served quick and efficiently at the customer service desk. Sorted my problem out with my order very quickly recall his name as Lewis. Lovely lad very passionate and enthusiastic.

Fab!
Reserved Christmas sale item online but two other items couldn't be reserved. Spoke to Sam who was really helpful, 4 hours later all items picked up. Staff in store were great as well, made for a great experience. Thanks

Great service great product for price
Great pick up service at the Harrogate store. Blow up 8ft snowman is great for the price of £30. Family love it. Still going strong after 4 days.
