Great shop and very helpful staff. The plant and furniture range is great with a very happy lady on the till!

Excellent service. James was very friendly and so helpful.would recommend.

I wanted two bags of compost and two bags of top soil for my newly made vegetable trough. I was served by a lovely young lady who explained that there was a special discount if I purchased three of each which I did. Nicola was so helpful and would be asset to any retailer.

Ordering was really easy online and items were ready for me when I got ro store next day, already on a trolly as heavy items.

Pretty straightforward to find what I needed although there was not many staff on the shop floor to ask. Item was reasonably priced and did the work required perfectly.

Abbie was incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Everything was nicely packed on a trolley for me to wheel out. The assistant was very pleasant.

Awful customer service! Not helpful and no help offered for a heavy product! All was asked was to bring the trolley back!

I ordered on Homebase click & Collect service in order to be able to collect with ease .
The click & Collect point was confusing
I waited there for atleast 5 minutes before being acknowledged by a member of staff .
Who then said that I would be served by the lady on the cashier desk so to just wait at click & collect.
I continued to wait while she served continuous customers arriving - no acknowledgement to me although she had seen was waiting .
Eventually after at least 15 minutes waiting .
She asked why I was waiting there & said I needed to join her queue.
Which if the staff had explained in the first place I would have done .
I could have been quicker just going in & getting the items myself not giving clear information.
Click & Collect is not fit for its intended purpose in my opinion.
Especially when you have limited staff !

Friendly helpful staff who had to really look for my click and collect order as it hadn't been labelled properly

Always a great selection of diy products to cover my needs. Competitive prices. But very disappointed that the customer toilet at the entrance is not available to public which meant my browsing in store was cut short so didn’t complete all my shopping.

My order was ready the same day I ordered it..The Homebase store is my local one and I always get good service from the staff.

Very helpful and very friendly staff at the tills and reception grateful to them with helping me with my large plant pots. God bless Thanks. Good experience in Hanworth Homebase.

Sean on paint mixing today.. so helpful. Patient and went way out of his way to help. He is an absolute credit to Homebase..

Service at check out - helpful - advised closed Sunday - in case I needed to come back for paint (bought a number of tester pots), helped pack my items. (Served by Tanya). Just let down by limited selection of some of the brand ranges of tester pots.

Easy to collect
Needs to be easier to “click and collect” by default - I messed up my other order, being delivered!
