Mandy was awesome, polite, friendly and knew her stuff

Customer service were very friendly and helpful with exchanging and ordering items. Helen was also friendly and went out of her way to help load the car with bags of heavy compost, much appreciated

It is a pleasure to come to my local Homebase store,. Staff is always very helpfull and advicable.
I always get more then i indend to buy :D
I love the garden sections too.

This was a large collection from the back yard, and the yardsman, Tony, was extremely helpful. Rare these days, so thank you Tony, you are a credit to your company.

The service was great, quick and easy but a little disappointed because the picture online, clearly shows a handle for pulling. The box I picked up, has no handle!!! Can't quite see the point of wheels if you have to carry it.

Very easy good service just how I like it

A chap called Steve (I think!) was very helpful with advice and even helped me put furniture items into my car.

We have installed a kitchen which was purchased from you and the whole process from planning to delivery and installation has been handled by Karen Norsworthy at Gloucester branch. Karen has made this a very pleasant journey and she has always been there whenever we have needed advise or help. Many thanks for all your help Karen, and good luck for the future.

Placed order and most items not in stock for collection so they cancelled order and then had to pay £6 charge for delivery!!

Great customer service from Becky and Mandy today! They helped us out with our purchase of a garden dinning set and sofa. They definitely went above and beyond to help us.

My mower was very heavy and there was no hesitation by the staff to get me help putting it into my car,

Everything that I required was available.
I was provided with first class customer service. A tin of masonry paint was on the top shelf. I am too short and recently pulled my back. A HomeBase Team member called a colleague who gratefully assisted. He also asked if I needed anything more before leaving.
The lady at the till saw my trolley included garden gravel and asked if I would like till to car service. I gratefully obliged.
A really positive experience had, and I am really grateful for the kind and helpful team members.
