Ordered a Flymo Lawn Mower on Click and Collect, branch showing 3 in stock. I got a phone call to say that my order was cancelled because they didn’t have any in stock. They couldn’t tell me when they were due to receive new stock. Yet I was able to go online and order the same Flymo for direct delivery at £6 carriage, why couldn’t the branch get one in for me to collect, not very helpful, plus I could have taken my business elsewhere.

Jamie a kind young man helped me choose what I needed and then carried the product without me asking to the till waited then again asked if I needed help to the car but he had already picked it up ready and kindly carried it to my car. Very helpful considerate young man lovely to see and experience

My order was there ready when I arrived staff were so pleasant.

Today i went to get some flooring, luke was kind enough to help me get it onto the trolly and he held it out the back for me till i finished looking around. Luke was kind, patient and very knowledgeable!! I was then served on the tills by Linda! A lovely lady she is, with a warm and welcoming smile (: Luke was then called down to bring me my flooring and he was kind enough to help me load it into my car! All in all today’s visit was my first and won’t be my last! 10/10 guys keep it up!

Served by David. He helped me pick out the best barbecue to suit my needs. He was incredibly helpful and even helped me to get the barbecue out to the car as it was incredibly heavy.

Served by Jean and another male colleague today and both were very friendly and very helpful. They helped me order in a flymo strimmer and purchase a couple of other items.

Just been to homebase team valley to buy a pear tree, Ben in the gardening section was very helpful and gave me a fantastic bargain for 2 tree's. Susan on the tills was very nice and helpful, I normally hate shopping but this was a great experience and I can't wait to return there.

I was wanting to purchase a particular item today and was unable to find it on the shop floor .
A lovely lady called Sandra was very helpful and was able to find what I needed. She was friendly and very willing to help.

Was looking to install some bathroom flooring for the first time and David was great - gave me some tips on which type of flooring would be best for me and some tricks of the trade alongside!
