I wanted a specific Dulux colour from years ago. Brian B helped me locate the colour, and offered expert advice on the best type of paint to choose for my project.

Nice conversation while the paint was being mixed. Great customer experience overall.

I was assisted my a lovely man named David, who was really helpful and informative, and made my experience so quick and easy.

Very helpful staff members who were keen to show me around for exactly what I needed and answer any and all questions. Provided a good breakdown of the essentials I needed as well as helpful extras in case I needed them. Served by Brian B, really knew his stuff.

Brian B helped me with 5 large bags of bark chipping for the garden. He even loaded them in the boot for me, I was very thankful as I have arthritis in my spine (which he didn’t know about) and he literally saved me from being in pain. He then helped me find something I’d forgotten to pick up back in store, directly taking me to the right product . Really friendly chatty man. It’s experiences like this that make customers want to return. Top bloke. Thank you Brian.

We visited Homebase Retail World this morning looking for paint. After bit looking around we spoke to Brian B at the Dulux mixing station.
He was very helpful and he mixed some Bathroom paint for us. Thanks to all for help.

Homebase is more like your friendly (v.big) corner shop, so accessible on the Team Valley, with everything you need, and lovely staff, happy to help.

Brian B Who works on the colour? Mixing station was fantastic. He had a wealth of knowledge and was able to create a paint which was 10 years old.

I was then served by Robson who was efficient and friendly.
