I couldn't find what I was looking for at Felixstowe Homebase and asked a member of staff for help. Stevie immediately stopped what he was doing to find what I needed, then as it was heavy, carried it to the till for me - and after paying, out to my car. Fantastic service!

Very happy with the care and kindness of the staff at Felixstowe store, they couldn’t do any more for me from helping with my lights and the bulbs and taking the goods to the checkout, well done

I was treated with the usual courtesy and professionalism I always receive from Homebase.

All very good as usual, good communication to tell me the order was received and then ready to pick up. When I arrived at the store it was ready on a trolley and was offered help to load it into the car.
Top quality service

Went there this morning for some plants for my gardening business. Store has changed its hours opens at 9am, whereas 8.30am would be be better. So I can pick goods up for my customers that morning. Paul was very helpful want above and beyond to help.

As for the lock itself, not so Positive. The instructions were miniscule.
