The website is easy to use. The staff at Homebase in East Grinstead are all so helpful always. It is a disgrace that the store is closing.

Came in the other day looking to buy a kitchen tap and I was served by Jack. Who helped me look and gave me tips on how to apply it at home. Was very helpful and his advice was very useful as I didn’t know how to do it

Great service.
I came in to the East Grinstead store today and purchased a lovely chair. A gentleman helped me carry it downstairs, to the till, and then into my car. It was brilliant service from entrance to exit and will definitely be returning again. Thank you Lewis!

Peter served me this evening and as always when I see him, was friendly and unfailing polite.
I shall miss popping in to get my shopping when the store closes....such a shame.
