Friendly, efficient service. Easy to order and collect, within hours, or just a few days. Great communication.

Item available for collection well in advance of quoted 1 hour. Very convenient that I knew item was in stock saving me from hunting shelves. Item was competitively priced. Staff very helpful.

I ordered online late last evening for click and collect. I got an email first thing this morning to say it would be ready yo collect by 10.00am.
The member of staff who assisted me was exceptionally helpful and helped me to my car. At first we didn’t think it would fit nut she helped remove some of the packaging and between us we got it in the car.
I can’t thank her enough for her help. Her customer service was superb. I just wish I had got her name in order to make you aware of the super service she gave.

Huge thanks to Rebecca & Brandon for their help with refund and new purchase..they both went over and above what was expected of them Rebecca at the till and Brandon showing me a selection of products I may be interested in. I was on crutches so was grateful for the help.

Love a visit to Homebase, the decorations for Christmas are always top notch. The Dunfermline store is our closest and it’s always neat and tidy with friendly staff. Never had any issues with the products we have bought from here.

Plenty of help and suggestions. 2 assistance going out their way to be helpful. Polite and friendly too.

Had ordered click and collect wallpaper and paint. Nikki helped us with an extra roll of wallpaper, even though it was in the stockroom, then didn't bat an eyelid when we decided we didn't like it after all! We then decided to get an extra pot of paint and she advised the 'buy one get one half price' that we were unaware of and would have bought on top of our online order. Thank you to Nikki!!

Ordered on line and collected at store. Very efficient process and pleasant young man retrieved our parcel without any fussiness

Ordered it but was wrong kind went back they sorted it out quickly then ordered another on line one same store your lucky if I was in 5 mins & away I went with perfect drill awesome service

Got to store earlier than I thought was opening time..staff just opening up but were happy to help me collect my order early..saving me a 45 minute wait..!
