Went in for paint I could only find one tin (needed 2) Lucy came to fine another one. Lucy was very helpful helping me choose the paint and her advice was very helpful. Gold star for Lucy Thank You.

Click and Collect order prepared ahead of time. Collection was perfect.

We went to buy some edgeing stones and Josh advised us we could have them delivered due to the amount we were having he took us to the desk where Rachel A, helped us get these sorted it took some time due to the amount Josh jumped on the till to relieve the cue.Rachel sorted out all the deliverary also booked in all the stickers individually Rachel and Josh were both extremely helpful and gave great customer satisfaction,they are both a credit to the Company Thank you both from Alan&Viv

Getting ready for summer in the garden and decided to visit Homebase at Kingsway, Derby. Staff were very helpful and polite. Big shout out to Ryan, who went above and beyond to assist us with garden furniture. He even helped bring it out to the car and load it into the boot. Really positive experience! Shopping at Homebase was easy. The staff in store were very helpful. I am happy with the items I ordered but the deliveries by Yodel were very taxing. I was very clear on my availability but they just ignored that. It took several emails to Arvind at Homebase Customer Service to get the items delivered to me. Arvind was excellent and got the job done. I am sorry Homebase but it is for this reason I will have second thoughts about shopping with you again. I need the items I've purchased delivered to me without any hassle. Chris Jordan.

Came in over the weekend for hanging basket and plants, Could not have been happier with the service josh provided! Fantastic knowledge on plants and compost, offered tips and overall was a credit to your company! Will be back.

The staff at the Click &Collect counter was super friendly & efficient. The warehouse staff was just as friendly & helpful, bringing my items to me on a trolley & helping me to my car. I was in & out of the store in less than 5 minutes.

Tiles I bought were too heavy to lift! Lewis and Ryan were so helpful, filled my trolley and took it to checkout, then loaded into car. 10/10 guys!

Ryan pushed my trolley to the car and put in 3 bags of compost and placed 2 plants in the boot so they wouldn't fall over. Great customer service. Thank you 😊

I am a member of the OAP club and very king young gentlemen carried my soil to my mobility scooter because I was unable to!!! But then he ran off with my scooter😡😡This was an amazing experience !!!

Extremely helpful lady on customer service who sorted the order i had placed on line..a very helpful lady also with I think Australian accent took the compost to my car with me as I had my 2 year grandson with me and obviously knew that it would be a lot easier. She was a star even helped put them in my car with me and grandson. Also some useful advice about growing the plants I intended to grow. I can honestly say my experience today was a very helpful polite and caring one and hope the ladies concerned have my feelings relayed to them. Thank you.
