Had everything I needed and at a competitive price. The staff as usual were friendly and helpful.

Ordering was easy. Collection was simple and efficient. Salesperson was friendly.

Friendly and efficient staff at the Kingsway retail park in Derby. Especially Ryan who helped me load the car after click and collect.
Although I wish I could have had a home delivery. It did say free delivery in 5 days in store. But when I ordered it on line I had to click and collect.

Great service and helpfulness from Aimee at your Kingsway store. We called to look for a patio table and 2 chairs and found the Eloise Bistro set. Unfortunately the lady on the checkout said you had none in stock. My wife asked if we could buy the display set. This is where Aimee came to our aid. She said it was possible to buy the display set. We were unsure about getting the set into our car so Aimee, having found a seat for my wife, came to the car to assess the space. She assessed the space as adequate and, having completed the purchase, carried the set to the car and loaded it. This was our best shopping experience ever. So pleasant and helpful. Thank you.

Ordered some compost for my stepmother on Click and collect...very efficient service and Ryan was very helpful in putting the bags of compost in the boot of my car...much appreciated.

We came to hombase to buy an outdoor sofa and table set but it was the last one left in the store. Aimed was fantastic and made the whole experience no trouble at all. Aimed and Shaney even carried all the pieces out to our van and helped us load them. What lovely girls! Thank you so much!

Collection point was clear and thankfully not busy with shoppers as opposed to collectors. Identifying my order was easy and done politely and courteously - it arrived from storage quickly and I appreciated the help in getting the stuff to the car
