Homebase - Derby Chaddesden Recensioni 

Cost me loads in petrol to get to the Chaddesden store twice. They provided the wrong item. Customer service didn't care at all. 1 star for apalling customer service.

I needed some assistance on my visit to Homebase, Wyvern Derby today and Michelle was very helpful and friendly, a great asset to the store

I recently visited Home base and the Staff were excellent and very helpful thanks to Iqra, James and Michelle credit to the team

I recently visited Homebase, Wyvern Retail Park, Derby & purchased several items, including an excellent cream Hydrangea.
The service I rec'd from Jo & Marcia in selecting the shrub & a mating pot was "top drawer".

Easy to order. Picked goods up promptly

Sue helped me add a built in fridge to my existing kitchen. We did all this via email and she was so helpful, so far couldn’t have been easier. Thank you!

I tried to do a click and collect online but it wouldn't go through so I had to ring up they sorted me out and put it by until I came in when I went instore they were very efficient and polite and couldn't do enough to help I was served by Rachel a credit to the company because of the service I recieved I'll definitely be goin back and will recommend to others

Absolutely ridiculous went to pick up a click and collect large item from the Derby store - the staff said they’d lost it didn’t care didn’t offer to look for another one (I had to find a similar one and carry it myself with loads of staff just stood around talking not helping ) took another one home and it’s faulty. They’d obviously sold mine to someone else.

Have used this branch several times over the Summer during home improvements of various kinds. Had course to ask advice, return products and purchase several items. Throughout, the service has always been helpful, understanding and helpful. Recently served by Michelle who was again helpful and cheerful.
Recent store closures demonstrate modern attitudes sadly. I suspect some of the items I bought may have been cheaper online. Personally though I am happy to spend a little extra to receive advice and the convenience of returning items along with friendly service.

Was helped by Rachel to mix my paints was aware going as other Homebase didn’t have the base paints really helpful she also told me that my kitchen which is going to be sprayed if I get art number they can mix she was lovely

My visit to collect an order from the derby store on wiven retail park was a pleasure to visit The Sales assistant called Rachel was fantastic,she was polite , friendly and nothing was too much trouble, she helped us when we was picking garden pots she lifted them onto the trolley, and helped us with them to our car, we definitely would return to this store

I was looking for 4 x dining room chairs and Linda was super helpful arranging the ones I wanted and leaving them by the till point to collect easily. Thank you!

Beyond useless!! My wife went in store (Chaddesden) to collect her "click and collect" order. She showed the order to the incompetent individual who told her that it was not at the Chaddesden store and that it was at the Kingsway store. She showed him the order AGAIN pointed out that it was written on screen "CHADDESDEN STORE" and the fool told her it was absolutely not there they do not have stock and it was at the Kingsway store. I took her to the other store only to find that they knew nothing of the part of the order that she had been told was there. Phone call made by the wife to the Chad store and she was given some very poor excuse by another employee. Meanwhile the staff at Kingsway (who knew what they were doing and did it well, thank you) had got the items we required and we went on our way. We spent.....sorry WASTED about an hour of our time and WASTED expensive fuel driving across derby just because of an incompetent fool who obviously hasn't got a clue what he was doing. UPDATE - Issue that should have never happened has bean dealt with swiftly.

Ted is an unsung hero. I’ve recently moved house and visited Homebase Chaddesden numerous times the past month. Every time I’ve been, Ted has had quality and helpful advice on the right tools for the job, the best products for my desired finish - paint, underlay, laminate, sanders etc. etc. - and there’s little he doesn’t know. Not only was his advice helpful, he even helped carry my shopping to the car.

I will got out of my way to use this store and Ted is a big reason for this. Additionally, Michelle and Gareth (may be Graham - sorry!) were really helpful when returning unused items (I calculated flooring area incorrectly - completely my fault!).

What a lovely store and really helpful staff.

Alex/Ted were both professional and pleasant. Placed order by phone, they reserved the items, very friendly. Collection was easy and the staff were very helpful.

I went to the Derby Homebase at the Wyvern Chaddesden today as i was after 3 Andorra garden chairs there were none on show so i approached the Staff at Customer services (Michelle and Alex) and enquired to see if they had any, Alex had a look and said that they had some in the back. He then went to the back to fetch them for me, both Alex and Michelle are a credit to Homebase they were both polite and went above and beyond to keep the customer happy ....Thanks Alex and Michelle for your help ....👍👍
