Easy to order and quickly ready to collect
I must ammend this review. Later when I went to use the product that I purchased, I found it was a bit different to the one in the picture online. I returned to the store to exchange it but the assistant insisted that it was the right one. After an argument the manageress was called. I showed her the difference between the items. We both went to the rack where the products were displayed but there were none like the ones in the picture online. After asking for a refund I was told I could not have one even though the mistake was not mine. The one that I ordered should not have been showing as in stock. The manageress agreed about that but still refused any refund. I still have a product that I didn't order and am now out of pocket. DO NOT USE HOMEBASE FOR ANY REASON.
Wrong item picked. Fortunately noticed in Carpark before leaving for home. Paint exchanged for item I ordered
Great service. Does exactly what it ‘says on the tin’
The lady serving was lovely but needed help to take security tag off at the counter a man and woman was taking and she see I was waiting and ignored and the lady that was serving and when she said what problem was she seemed to have attitude with her and it seemed very rude and bad attitude to to member of staff
Can’t highly recommend my experience at this store.

Sent hubby to collect my click and collect order, should have been simple but no!!!! Wrong items in the Order. What I paid for cost £20 more than what I received. Really fed up I have to travel 20 miles back to a store. Sloppy!!!!

First choice of lawnmower not available at Daventry and no possibility of moving from another branch. No code arrived for first order 10% off. In a word, shambolic.

Rob has been very helpful during the process of planning, designing and finalising our order! Happy to take his time and make sure that our order was exactly as we wanted, he even helped out with guidance and recommendations non-kitchen related!
I would highly recommend Homebase for their excellent customer service!
The web site is easy to use and we wanted to make sure of a certain paint and so used click and collect. Once at the store we were dealt with efficiently and courteously. A good experience

Fast and efficient click and collect and help getting heavy product into car
Good service. Could do with a floorspace plan by entrance to see what your looking for is kind of located instead of going up and down every Isle to locate what u need.
My online order was processed very quickly, after my text arrived I went to the store where my goods were waiting for me, got home and started work immediately, better than wasting time searching for goods, also knew my requirements were in stock ready to collect.
I received a text on the Tuesday informing me that the dog food bin was now in my local shop and could be collected. On the Thursday (just 2 days later) I was phoned and told that it would be sent back to the warehouse as they could only hold items for 5 days!? Strange! And annoying as I live 8 miles away from the shop. So had to inconvenience my son to go and collect it for me.

The store was the only one locally that had the items I wanted. I wish you hadn't closed the Banbury store - I had to travel to Daventry or Bicester
The till assistance was polite and helpful and I found what I needed.
Click and collect order wasn't ready when they said it was, took 10 minutes to bring the products out, one of which was damaged, took another 10 minutes to replace the damaged one
