Excellent knowledgeable kind reassuring service from Kevin re my lighting purchase.
The only reason I have marked four star is because it took a very long time to get help and there were not many members of staff in store, but once I got Kevin he was worth waiting for!

We had to return a faulty item and was helped by a very polite and friendly lady called Sam. We have dealt with this lady before and she is a credit to the store. We enjoy visiting and generally find the items we need.

I was aware of the "special offers" homebase had, & I needed a lawn mower so I checked on the web site, there was one on the offer, at a treasonable price. It was so easy to order & payfor, as I dont have a car delivery was the next option. Again this was so easy to book and pay.
within 2 days my new lawn mower had been delivered and being used.
my neighbour neede a rotary washing line, I was able to order her one, again a reasonable price. easy to order and book delivery. so Easy and quick

I visited Cromer homebase today and received some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. Esther at the till point was very happy to help and requested a pallet of terracotta pots be brought out as they had sold out on the shop floor. Gideon was more than happy to help and brought the stock out promptly. Great customer service!!

We regularly use our local Homebase store and are always really impressed with the helpfulness of all the staff. We last used the store on the bank holiday weekend and found exactly what we wanted and found the till staff very friendly. Five star every time!

We decided on a new kitchen and having spotted a brand new design that ticked all our boxes we approached Alain Mansfield, one of the kitchen designers, in store to help us with our project.
He was extremely patient with our choices and came up with an excellent plan, taking onboard all the points we raised. Alain was in constant communication sending plans for our approval. Alain took the time to come to our address prior to ordering which gave us peace of mind to double check my husbands measurements.
We are extremely grateful for the service we received and have ordered our kitchen. This store I cannot fault, it is always well presented along with being extremely clean and tidy. The staff are always available to answer any questions, credit to the manger there.
Thank you Alain we look forward to our new kitchen arriving.

It was lovely dealing with Sam ( at the checkout) the lady you would invite to your BBQ . Of an age where the customer can feel safe to have a bit of ( appropriate) banter .

I was served by Sam.She was friendly,efficient,and helpful.Sam was the only person on tills,but wasn't flustered by this,as was probably used to it as it is often the case when I have been there previously.

Excellent service but Sam seems to be doing multi tasking on a very busy day when it seemed other staff were just talking and standing around

It was quick & easy and Sam was helpful, cheerful and efficient.
