I was served by Leeanne in Homebase, Rushmere. She was extremely helpful regarding two separate items I was interested in purchasing, providing information that would definitely encourage me to return for other items.

Leigh and Tom are outstanding members of staff. Whenever I'm looking a recommendation these two people are my go to. They always so welcoming professional helpful and polite. I always recommend people to them. They are outstanding members of homebase team and i have previously when unable to find them left and come back another day.

Before I headed to my local Homebase store today to purchase a lawnmower I carried out an online search of prices etc. Found one I liked and it also stated that they recycle your old lawnmower. So before I loaded my old one into the car and drive to my nearest store which is Rushmere in Craigavon I decided to contact them as I find there’s always a twist. And wasn’t I right. THEY ONLY TAKE THEIR OWN BRAND WHICH IS POWERHOUSE. They just lost a sale.

Really pleased with my new kitchen. Great quality and reasonably price. It was delivered on the date we agreed on and one item was damaged in transit and it was replaced very quickly. I needed a good quality, modern, kitchen for my workplace. I went to several different local stores selling kitchens, but I was blown away by the kitchen designer in Homebase Craigavon.

Not only did I feel Kateryna was interested in my project, but her level of practical and aesthetic design of our kitchen was way beyond what I was expecting.

With so many businesses selling kitchens, for me the differentiator was Kateryna. I knew Homebase was the right choice for me.

Kateryna even recommended an independent kitchen installer that worked with Homebase.

From practical and aesthetic design, right through to the completion of installation, i could not have asked for better. I will use Homebase Craigavon (and Kateryna) again soon.

I was hesitating between buying kitchen from B&Q and Homebase, because these two were offering 0%finance. What convinced me to go with Homebase was in the end good old fashioned customer service. The designer who worked with us was on another level of dedication to her work and client. Kateryna went extra mile from the start of my messy process to the end. She advised on details even outside of stricly selling the kitchen, was available when I needed her. I was indecisive, changed my mind on a few major things as well as details and was extremely patient with me. I'm really happy with how my kitchen turned out. It seems good quality and we'll hopefully enjoy it for many years to come. There are a couple of things I would ask the manufacturer to look out for as these are snags that annoy me on a daily basis- some of the doors/ drawers are too close to each other causing them to rub and getting damaged. The pull out basket could be working a bit smoother, at the moment it requires a push to properly close. As a result the door under the sink got already scratched because the handles stick out. Overall I'm happy with the quality and with customer service particularly. I have to mention wonderful team of carpenters, electrician and plumber that was recommended to me by Homebase. Couldn't have asked for better and more dedicated squad.

Designing my utility room was an enjoyable experience from start to finish, Katrina was great she had great ideas and was very helpful, I'm so happy with my finished product.

Both female members of staff were very friendly & supportive and made my wife and me laugh which is always good prior to commencing diy

The staff were so helpful, they found exactly what I was looking for and processed a refund for my order online that was no longer needed which was back in my bank account with in two days. I was so impressed with the staff and the very fast successful outcome. Well done Homebase, Cowley.

The tracking of the delivery of Our Artificial Christmas tree was delivered by YODEL at the time they had told us and the deliverer offered to bring it into our house.

It was a first class, seamless experience!
