I was in your cookstown store and I needed help with a plant I didn't know which would be best. Julie was at hand to help me out I choose 2 rose bushes for my patio with 2 beautiful pots.

I can't say enough how helpful and friendly your staff were in the Cookstown branch! We placed 2 click and collects and the colleagues went out of their way to help us! I am a retail manager, this kind of service is hard to come by these days and I was so impressed! Thankyou again! It was the 2 women, one on the click and collect counter and the other one who was organising all of the orders, the store was very busy but the team had it under control!

Today I was in store for clever cube. Unfortunately none was available as colour was discontinued. They let me purchase the display. Very pleasant experience. Store manager was a great help

If I could give it 0 stars I would Customer service was shocking the silicone was out of date by 10.23 and my order was wrong the girl at collection was ignorant when I explained my order was wrong to her she proceeded to ignor me and serve other customers I will never ever be in Homebase Cookstown again

I visited homebase cookstown looking a range for items to decorate my house and garden, One of the staff called Lisa was very intentive, helped me and my husband with all our needs. She went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. I would not have used Homebase much but I Will certainly be a regular now after the service we received.

The staff at homebase Cookstown are extremely helpful, in particular Julie. Couldn't do enough to help and assist me each and every time I go to the store, whether it be something basic like paint or something you need help with to match up like tiles, wooden floors, bathroom furniture or wallpaper. Would highly recommend to shop in this store.

I was in the cookstown site to enquire about furniture, I was met by a lady named Julie. She was able to guide me on items that would suit my room and also was able to fit it around my budget, I was so pleased with the service and will be back to look at other rooms that I am planning to redecorate.

I am very happy to recommend Homebase Cookstown, I bought my bathroom here and the staff were very helpful and able to sort any issues I had.

I had ordered a kitchen filler panel (for below oven) online. When it came it was wrong colour (I had to guess it) so took it to nearest store where it was accepted back with no problem and my money was refunded. I even got emails to inform me of refund status! Excellent service!!
