Sandra and Jan were excellent helping my purhase in Homebase Stanway.

I had difficulty in purchasing online and then click and collect. Without their help I couldn't do it.

I dropped in on the chance encounter and fortunately for me Lenka had a cancellation. She spent a good 90+ minutes with me to go through designing my kitchen. Even taking the time to show me the stock units and appliances to help with my decisions. She was patient, a great listener and had good a sense of humour too.
All in all, I was very happy with the service provided and the professionalism shown. I would recommended Homebase kitchens to anyone

Item was available and ready by the time I got to the store. Less than an hour.

Very easy to order online, product ready when I arrived in store. Very helpful staff even though under a fair bit of pressure, staff member kindly brought order to my car and loaded into boot due to my disability. Product is top quality. Very very happy customer.

I believe the member of staff who was serving the customers. When she saw me waiting on the click and collect she came over and asked if shd could help. The lady was spot on and very professional. Thank you.

Extremely helpful staff & management - lovely people. I have bought a lot at this store, (on this occasion terracotta garden pots for the patio) - there are no complaints here!

I ordered by click and collect a garden settee. On arrival I was met by a very energetic lady who found my order and arranged for an assistant to help me load it into my car in the pouring way. Not only was he helpful but very pleasant and managed to get the box into my car. It was so nice to have been served by such a good team. Credit to your management

Awful customer service, I was the only customer anywhere near the tills and I went to the click and collect till. A staff member was cleaning the tills and ignored me for some time. Eventually she began to serve me but kept walking away and serving people at the tills and then returned, I stated she had been rude and her reply that she couldn’t keep customers waiting, when I asked was I not a customer another member of staff appeared and apologised for the interaction but both staff still ignored me until I asked again for service and my order
I also asked for another item these was not on show, I was informed they had 8 in stock but they couldn’t open the box for me to look as it was then unreliable? When asked why other related items where on show and a space for the item I was to purchase therefore obviously had been sold out of a box , I was ignored again. I ended up leaving the store and went elsewhere. I have also contact the maker of the equipment I required (karcher ) and how home base where affecting their company name and the awful customer service relating to Karcher.

Reply from Homebase requesting I fill in the form on their website. I copied and pasted the above only to receive an email asking me to contact the store because "Since the item was purchased through click and collect, we are unable to make any changes to the order."
I suggested they read the complaint in full and the Email sent to me just confirms that Homebase Staff do not listen or read what is being stated to them and do not / or wish to assist in resolving the matter.

Very easy to order online but when I got to checkout the delivery charges which were meant to be free kept charging me! I ended up splitting my order and paying for part to be delivered and part to be click and collect. When you say free delivery it should mean it!

Easy to order and pay,communication was spot on.
We had to return another wallpaper same time as collecting our new one and didn't have receipt,we explained that to the young lady in store and she was able to see our previous transaction so able to return n refund no problems atall.Great service.

Incredible service from Sandra, who went above and beyond to help me find a courier for furniture I couldn’t transport myself. The item was delivered the next day. The staff here are helpful and friendly and I will be coming back! Thank you Sandra.

Pleasant women at the order desk who got somebody to bring the pallet containing our decking boards out to our car. We were loaded and ready to go in 10 minutes.
