Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Especially our kitchen planner Kat who bent over backwards to fit what we wanted into the space we had. Product excellent, prices competitive, would certainly use again for other stuff.

Fantastic service by both Sean and Neil. Happy to help locate furnature and even helped with the items to the car and fetched the trolly. Really lovely experience and friendly service.

Delivery was prompt and kept to times and notifications. Very pleased with the two Norbury dining chairs, look smart in our kitchen and just what we wanted. Thank you Homebase for the pleasant experience.

Easy website navigation with a good discounted price. I used the click and collect service as delivery wasn’t an option - when I arrived at the store in Christchurch I was greeted by a very cheerful and helpful gentleman - he even helped me to the car with 15 bags of compost and loaded up my car.

Went into the store today and the staff were brilliant when I needed some advice - even though they were obviously short staffed. Wendy asked me if I didn't mind waiting a bit while she asked someone else to help me - Debbie - all sorted and got the stuff I needed. Lovely ladies!

I had just visited a local post office and was served by someone who moaned about providing me with a postal service, and what a pain it was! Next stop Homebase, to return a package, and was served by Amy, who was delightful, professional and charming...a totally different and rewarding experience. I left the first place almost feeling guilty ( got over that quick enough!)...left Homebase with a smile on my face and renewed faith in people. Well done Amy.

Put order in Sunday evening and by Monday morning at 7:30 am received a text to say order ready for collection. Superb service. On arrival at the christchurch homebase was met by the outstanding member of staff debbie who had prepared the order for collection and subsequently took us round the store and sold us extra items, on the paint side. She was outstanding the helpful professional a total credit to Homebase and she should be congratulated. She even checked us out for the extra items purchased and made the whole visit and order exemplary and outstanding congratulations homebase congratulations top number of staff debbie thank you dave su burningham from bournemouth
