Bought some lovely bedding plants this morning, nice quality, 20% discount and a helpful lady om the till...a happy customer

The guy at the till was really friendly. Refreshing and put a smile on my face after a quite stressful day.

I went to collect a paint tester pot- which was quickly found and handed to me by the assistant . While I was there I also picked up some bedding plants to fill a dismal window box in our new home; I think it’s going to look great!

I visited after a long time, and it was my first time at the Cambridge branch. I had a great experience and bought a sofa online after looking at the item and being impressed. It is a great product, and I mainly received good customer service from the staff.

Well stocked store, found everything I needed. Friendly service.

We bought a chimenea today that we were very excited to try out. Unfortunately, barely 30 minutes into the fire being on, a through-and-through crack developed in the top half of the chimenea, and now, an hour in, a crack has developed in the main body, with the top crack widening.
Feels strange that something built to contain fire apparently can't handle heat.
Giving 2 stars because it does look lovely but isn't very strong, and at £90, it's a bit too expensive for things to go wrong so soon. A defective batch, perhaps?

Homebase Cambridge is a great place to buy plants and garden supplies.We visit regularly and pick up many bargains in the plant area. My only gripe is a Chocolate Cosmos tuber that never grew!

Ordered and payed for a item using click and collect, drove 45 miles to collect it only to be told that there was a stock error and the item wasn’t available.
Pointless having technology if you can’t use it properly.
