I was having such a rubbish day and the lovely lady who helped me on the dulux mixing desk really cheered me up. It’s so uplifting to meet someone who is genuinely kind and helpful. Thank you. I think her name was Jade/Jude? Sorry I’m rubbish at remembering names!

I could not find what I was looking…
I could not find what I was looking for, so asked a member of staff, her name was Jade. she took me to two sections to find what I needed and was very helpful. And nothing was too much trouble for her.

A well-stocked DIY store…
For a DIY store it is very well stocked, and the additional of a garden centre with all sorts of plants etc is very welcome. A little challenging to navigate to what you want but staff are always well- informed and helpful.

Bank Holiday Surprise
Store was well stocked and had everything I needed. Good offers and reasonable prices.
Jade on the till was very helpful and made checking out a pleasure. Rather than the usual grump on tills in stores she was friendly and chatty.
