Good value products complimented by a smooth click and collect service.

Katherine went above and beyond to make sure that I got the product I had gone in for even though it was incredibly well hidden in the warehouse. She was so helpful and lovely - thank you!

I recently went into the Homebase Bredbury store, to have a look at kitchens especially with the great offers on at the moment! I was having a look around the showrooms and was approached by Wahida, I cannot thank her enough with the great work she has done to make my kitchen possible to order, definitely went above and beyond to design the perfect kitchen for me and my family, she has the upmost respect for her customers, especially with the aftercare when you have a few questions they’re answered straight away.

I just want to say a massive thank you to all of the staff that I dealt with on Sunday 21st January. From Lewis who called me to let me know I had ordered the wrong size of cube boxes to the gentleman who helped me out to my car and the young woman who helped me with my wall paper samples. Every single one of the employees were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I genuinely thought there was no such thing as good customer service any more but I have been proved wrong. It was a really great shopping experience and I will definitely be returning. An amazing job really really well done Homebase.

Ready really quickly - staff at Bredbury very friendly and helpful

Today thought lets pop to Homebase Bredbury. The thought of getting a few spring pot of daffs and primulas.
Went throught the till , served by a very nice friendly lady. Walked outside across the carpark to hear " have you got a receipt for those ?" I turned round to see an officious member of staff pushing trolleys. I said excuse me , we're you shouting at me? "Have you got a receipt?" I said of course and swiftly waved the receipt. He turned and headed off. I told him he was extremely rude, to which he replied " i have every right !" And i said, i have every right to tell you how rude you are.

Bottom line with guys like this in charge its no wonder your store is empty. Watch out for "Richard" the manager goose stepping around should you go in.

Two of the items in my click and collect order were missing - luckily I noticed this before leaving the store. Both items were no longer available so I took an alternative for one of them.

Asked for help and Georgina assisted and went above and beyond to help, ringing another store and helping us to locate other boxes in stock. Connor then helped by bring the stock to the car.

Excellent choice of paint & plant pots which was the reason for our visit. Brilliant customer service from Gina on checkout.

It was the first time id shopped in Homebase. The staff were very helpful. I was looking at sliding wardrobe doors and needed some help. Gary upstairs was amazing. He was so helpful and im definately going back to see him to purchase these. He is a credit to the store.

The service a black lady that’s always on the till gives is alway excellent ….she is a credit to the company and always has been here in Bredbury ..but the younger staff need constant supervision by a shop floor manger
You cannot afford especially at Christmas time not to be putting young staff on the till to serve customer nothing is more stressful to a person that is Constantly managing a till than a customer waiting for service I should know
