Pleasant young male assistant got our order and put it on trolley. Suggested we watched the chairs, on top of boxed table, in case the slid off.

absolutely perfect service every single time! The staff in this homebase are exemplary. So professional,very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

I was in a rush and I popped into the Branksome store for a padlock for my luggage. I didn’t have clue were to look when a member of staff knew straight away and came over and asked me if I needed some help. That was John and he was very helpful and he was very friendly and I left the store with my padlock and I would definitely shop there again.

The advisor got the turf took it to the tills and then loaded it into my car without me asking,

I ordered it to pick it up tomorrow, but have received a message that it’s been collected, so have I just lost £800???

Placed my order online. Very easy to navigate website. Particularly like that you are able to check what's in stock at your chosen Depot for click & collect or delivery options. I was able to collect my items the following day & received a text to say when the order was ready. One item of which I'd asked for 2 of, only had one. I received a telephone message advising of this before the collection text & was asked to bring the card that I'd paid with & a refund would be credited back. It was credited before I got home. Very efficient!!

From the beginning of the project Dansan listened to our requirements, appreciated our requests and suggested many ideas to help us find perfect solutions to ensure our design not only looked slick but would be very functional. We would highly recommend Dansan Wickneswaran and Homebase should you be looking for a kitchen
