For the 3rd time in a row when doing click and collect item was damaged

I ordered 18 decking planks, 15 were great, but one was warped, 1 was spit and 1 was not the correct width. We didn't have the time to exchange them as my son only saw them on 7th June 2024 -he'd come from Ireland to do the job. He reconfigured his plan to accommodate the 3 'bad' ones. I have pictures on my mobile, but I haven't had time to go visit the store for any compensation. Lynnette Oldfield

One of the items was wrong second time it’s happened on click and collect given a lower priced item till I queried and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come and swap it for what I actually ordered and paid for no explanation or apology guessing they were hoping I wouldn’t notice

No on a serious note, Doug Stephens at the Bracknell branch was very helpful, listened to our needs/requirements and gave us some good advise.
He wasn't pushing, because if he did I would of dropped them from our places to go.
We had a few issues during the build, and Doug (whilst on holiday) did he best to help, as well as getting his colleague Claire to support.

The things I wanted were easy to order online for click and collect. I received a call from a very polite staff member that one item wasn't available but I would be refunded. When I went to collect my items the staff member who served me was friendly and chatty and efficient. Very impressed with Homebase Bracknell.

The staff in the Bracknell store are always so helpful and give good advice about what products are best for what ever project I am doing. The prices in store are also more in line with your competitors
